"I am the danger!" - Breaking Bad
The Khaleesi returning on her dragon to kill the 2 slavers then destroying their attacking fleet. - GOT
John Ritter's physical tour de force when he got drunk while on Valium at Greg Brady's party in Three's Company. Might be my favorite sitcom sequence of all time.
Minor moment but fresh in my mind cuz I just watched it but Eleven casually floating the Millennium Falcon in Mike's basement was pretty awesome. - Stranger Things
Jack Bauer "I'm gonna need a hacksaw" - 24
The whole Jon Snow battle sequence when he was alone and facing the onrushing army. - GOT

This. Earned him an Emmy and a little bit of respect that Three's Company (and especially Ritter) deserved.

I was young so I didn't watch Newhart's first show, but I did watch Newhart and still got the twist and indeed, that was awesome. Fantastic example for this topic, IMO.

I think most of my "holy crap" moments came from Buffy.
Angel turning back to Angelus was one of the biggest ones.

The last episode in season 4 of House of Cards. Really the entire episode is awesome, but when Claire decides to break the fourth wall my jaw dropped. It's on for season 5!

I believe it was the very first episode of a series called The Sentinel (starred Richard Burgi)...I could not believe that the 1 hour episode had at least two explosion set-pieces that would have looked cool and not been out of place in a movie like Die Hard 3. I remember the city bus explosion was a really well done special (practical?) effect.
Overall, I think The Sentinel is underrated and if a basic cable channel aired reruns that even with all the crazy amount of new shows to watch, I might actually take the time to revisit the show.

Been watching Smallville, and the point where Clark saved the kid from the meteor shower that made the opening credits:
And speaking of, the kind of save/moment movie Supes is missing.

The Day of the Doctor - A moment 50 years in the making. All the Doctors united to save Gallifrey and bringing the Time War to a final resolution.
Three "pops" in this clip - All the TARDIS' flying into the scene, the Ninth Doctor showing up (via a clip), and the first appearance of Twelfth Doctor. I was absolutely ecstatic after this scene.

Prison Break had some great moments but my favorite was the season one finale
Season One of 24- The first time we see Jack Bauer's enhanced "Interrogation" Wasn't really expecting that from Jack. It elevated his character to ultimate bad ass action Hero.

The third season finale of Star Trek: Voyager, which introduced Species 8472. Janeway was negotiating with the Borg, who were getting their asses kicked, when a bunch of 8472 ships appeared and wiped out two Borg cubes and a PLANET in one shot. The third cube, which had Voyager in a tractor beam, took off like a shot to save its life. Best cliffhanger ending in Trek since Best of Both Worlds but much more intense.
EDIT: Ah, found it. Good old YouTube copyright violations.

I watched that episode in a bar with about a hundred other Whovians, and when they cut to Capaldi's eyes, the place went freaking NUTS. To this day I love watching the "reaction" videos on YouTube, it's so much fun to see the emotions and excitement that one cut-in shot caused.
