Didn't see the Darkseid flick you're referring to, but how can one not like Todd's voice? Did he phone that one in or something?

The LEGO movie is a light comedy made for kids and his performance didn't gel at all with the other voice actors. Tony Todd does have a dark, gruff voice but he's prone to over-acting his lines. He's been getting voice work pretty regularly over the last decade, though I wonder how much of that is due to name recognition from his acting days.

I'll always think of Tony Todd as Adult Jake Sisko from that one episode of Deep Space 9.

There's a lot of speculation that he will become the Guardian, so, you know... There's that?

Not sure if anyone is into the Funko POP toys but so far I have picked up Oliver, Arrow, Masked Deathstroke. Still needing Black Canary and Diggle and Felicity is coming soon.

Diggle has been rumored to be a lot of things. I remember people speculating that his real last name isn't actually Diggle, but rather Stewart. He has the marine background of John Stewart (the black Green Lantern).

But anyway, this "Magnegro" costume looks bad. I am beginning to think Season 2 was a fluke because Season 3 was a huge step down in quality, and Season 4 isn't looking too good either. Season 1 was really mixed and didn't really get good until almost the end of the season.

Re: Arrow (The CW) -- Season 4 News

Most of the writers/producers in Arrow's second season flipped over to help out Flash's first season. I don't think it's a coincidence that Arrow season three was...erratic.

You know things are bad when the fanpics are better than the studio released ones...

For a second I thought things had been saved with that new pic until I saw your comment it was fan-made. That fan pic is much closer to what I expected.

Re: Arrow (The CW) -- Season 4 News

Sigh, another Batman line. "Since the Arrow came to Star, you brought monsters to this town". Come on writers, think of something original damnit!

Also, wasn't Guardian in Metropolis?

Re: Arrow (The CW) -- Season 4 News

Guardian usually operates out of Metropolis in Superman's line of books. Fans suggested Guardian for Diggle.

Re: Arrow (The CW) -- Season 4 News

I'll watch, but I'm not even the slightest excited for this to come back. Plus they are keeping Jack Harkness off the screen (not that BBC is aching to put out more Torchwood).

I guess the only postive to Arrow being bad is Flash being so good.

But if Arrow took a nose dive in quality because the good writers went to Flash, then does that mean Flash is going to take a nose dive when Legends of Tomorrow starts?

Seriously, if they're stretching themselves this thin with two shows, then how in the world can they possibly do three?
