What a misleading article. All he says is the plan was from the beginning to have the series last 70-75 hours and then "let's call it 73 for now" is what they're looking at. That's not a confirmation of anything.

But also: Bronn, Gendry, Gilly, Roz, Osha, most of the Night's Watch. . .

Scab King had 3 kids by sister-wife and one of the kids had Jon.
So the sister-wife would be Jon's Grandma and Grand-aunt (and would Aerys be Grandpa and Grand-uncle?). Sister-wife is Dany's mother and aunt.
I still don't know what else it makes them

Here's a handy Targaryen family tree from a deviantart user:
(Spoilered for size.)
The characters from the series are mostly near the bottom.
Aegon V is "Egg"
His brother Aemon is the former maester of Castle Black.
Brynden Rivers is the Three Eyed Crow.
Robert Baratheon's grandmother was Rhaelle Targaryen, who married Onmund Baratheon.
Rhaegar Targaryen (married to Elia Martell) is the father of Jon Snow with Lyanna Stark.

so, if I'm reading that right, Dany is the product of two generations of incest? She looks pretty good, considering.

Getting to the "HBO-ness" of the series, but were there any sex scenes or brothel scenes in this season at all?

*But I guess according to Daenerys/Daario battle plans, we will finally be seeing it at some point in the future. Though it's still odd it hasn't shown up in full this far into the series.

Where is the internet outrage over Septa Unella likely getting raped multiple times by the Mountain? People were up in arms over the rapes of Sansa and Cersei previously. I guess it's OK because either it's not being portrayed on screen or because people dislike that character making it OK.
My interpretation is FrankenMountain will be brutally torturing Septa Unella, dragging it out for a long time without killing her, and him take off his helmet is so that her seeing his scary-looking zombie face is only the first step in filling her with fear.

None of the characters we follow have been there during the story so far. All the Lannisters have mostly been at Kings Landing.

I'm not sure how you're getting the idea of rape happening out of that scene. Maybe I'm wrong, I don't think rape was suggested at all.
