I have to admit that Hugo Strange was awesome on this show. Wong was so fantastic as the good doctor that I wouldn't mind it if they made him Asian in the comics as well.

That was a wild ending. I still think they are under writing the character of Bruce Wayne, but I'll wager the producers don't want to pin their hopes on their worst actor.

The cast for this show is huge, the budget must be very high.

I'm not a comic reader, who was the Bruce Wayne clone, or is he new?

That was my thought as well. There also seemed to possibly be a few other Easter Eggs in that exodus scene, like another shot of Killer Croc, but I didn't catch who they would have been.

Loved the Clay Face reveal at the GPD. But otherwise that whole story line fell flat given how much he was overacting. Shouldn't have taken Barbara to figure it out given the ridiculousness his was putting out there. It all would have worked much better had he been more convincing.

There is no direct correlation with any specific character from the comics but some have speculated the clone will be this show's version of Lincoln March. Don't google that name if you want to remain in the dark for season three.

One of them may have been Bane.

That shot where they zoomed in on the prisoner's eye did suggest Bane in some form. In a bit of irony, he looked better on Gotham than the faux version we got in The Dark Knight Rises.

I'm fairly sure we got a glimpse of The Mad Hatter in this episode, or the character that will become the Mad Hatter.

Well, that wouldn't be hard to do.

I thought one of the silhouetted, out of focus people getting off the bus had a mouthpiece similar to Bane.

I just can't figure why they would bring JPS back. She was and is awful in the role.

[Blame THE OSCARS] same reason FOX hired DRE for 24 reboot.

Generally I am happy with the direction they've taken for most of the villains. They have a pretty good grasp that Batman's villains aren't ordinary criminals. I like most of the cast to varying degrees.

But it is obvious to me the producers are scared to death of doing anything substantial with Bruce Wayne, which is 80% of the reason I watched this show in the first place. They don't have much comic material to base these teen years on for the future Batman and they haven't filled in the details I've wanted to see.

Wish they would ship Bruce off on his world tour of training.
Since they are not going to that, I wish Bruce would hire Slam Bradley and Richard Dragon to teach him
a few things.

B.D. Wong was the highlight of Season 2 as Hugo Strange.

Why did they keep Fish around? Butch should have brought the bazooka with him.

I want to see Etrigan on this show. You don't get too many rhyming demons on television.

I doubt we'll see Etrigan. Jason Blood seems more likely, as he is a Gotham resident... Klarion the Witch Boy would be a nice addition too.

This finale was horrible. Thought the Arrow finale was slightly better and that isn't saying much.

According to TVLine, "Vicky Vale" (one of Bruce Wayne's love interests during The Golden Age and played by Kim Basinger in Tim Burton's film) will be part of the show next season, as an "ambitious young journalist".

Jamie Chung has been cast as VALARIE VALE. She is Vicki's Aunt.

Also a new Poison Ivy as been cast, Maggie Geha.

It looks like they are sexing up Poison Ivy for next season. She's always been a sewer urchin on this show.

According to TV Line:

Following an encounter with a monster from Indian Hill, Ivy Pepper finds herself reborn, and one step closer to the DC villain she is destined to become: Poison Ivy. Now a 19-year-old woman who’s harnessed the full power of her charms, she sets her sights on Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz).
