The bane of TV since The Fugitive and many other Quinn Martin productions. Always found that kind of story unwatchable.

Same here. Loved the movie but this isn't going to last at all. They should just do 13 episodes to add details from the book and be done with it.

This concept feels like it would work better as a mini series. If they basically stay in the same time period then it's not even a time travel show to any great degree. I enjoyed the episode. Just not sure about doing that every single week.

"Out of Time" - H.G. and Jane rush to repair the damaged time machine before Dr. John Stevenson - now better known as "The Key Killer" - strikes again. Meanwhile, Vanessa must decide whether or not to confide in Griffin, on ABC's "Time After Time," SUNDAY, MARCH 12 (9:00-10:00 p.m. EST).
"Time After Time" stars Freddie Stroma as H.G. Wells, Josh Bowman as Dr. John Stevenson (Jack the Ripper), Genesis Rodriguez as Jane Walker, Nicole Ari Parker as Vanessa Anders, Will Chase as Griffin and Jennifer Ferrin as Brooke.
"Out of Time" was written by Gabrielle Stanton and directed by Steve Shill.

I enjoy the show so much that I caught up with the last two episodes On Demand because I forgot to set a season pass. I think the two leads have chemistry and find the show to be a pleasant surprise.

I guess there was simply too may time travel shows this season and this stood no chance, especially airing on Sunday nights.

Could not even make it past episode five. Ouch. I enjoyed it well enough though it's not that much of a loss.

The show was DOA after one episode. The premiere had some of the lowest ratings of any debut this year.

I know I didn’t. Cool they’re airing them though, plus the unseen eps.
Interestingly, I believe this premiered the same year as Timeless. During promos people said too many time travel shows (Travellers on Netflix may have started same time too).

How can the episodes be "never-before-seen" when they've been available on Amazon Video since late 2017? I bought the whole season some time back but haven't gotten around to watching them yet.

I think the press release means they were never broadcast on TV. Not being available for purchase. 7 episodes never aired on American television. So now they're available for free on an ad supported service.
