The bane of TV since The Fugitive and many other Quinn Martin productions. Always found that kind of story unwatchable.

Yeah, I see the same fate with this. There is something off with the female lead (including the previous mentioned male actors used to gain female viewership).

Same here. Loved the movie but this isn't going to last at all. They should just do 13 episodes to add details from the book and be done with it.

FYI, there is a thread for the premiere episode.

It's sitting only a few threads down.

Re: Time after Time (S1E01/02) -- 2 Hour Premiere -- "Pilot / I Will Catch You" -- 3/

This concept feels like it would work better as a mini series. If they basically stay in the same time period then it's not even a time travel show to any great degree. I enjoyed the episode. Just not sure about doing that every single week.

An awful lot of people know about Wells. I wonder if they're heading for a Time War plot.

I enjoy the show so much that I caught up with the last two episodes On Demand because I forgot to set a season pass. I think the two leads have chemistry and find the show to be a pleasant surprise.

RIP

Time after Time cancelled after 5 episodes: http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/liv...ebook_20170329

Will be replaced by Match Game

I guess there was simply too may time travel shows this season and this stood no chance, especially airing on Sunday nights.

Could not even make it past episode five. Ouch. I enjoyed it well enough though it's not that much of a loss.

I made it to episode 2, but bailed. Lousy show.

The show was DOA after one episode. The premiere had some of the lowest ratings of any debut this year.

Wonder how many episodes they completed and could be shown.
