Is this the one with the flashback to when Alex Danvers met Captain America?

Re: Supergirl (S1E19) -- "Myriad" -- 4/11/16

So if Lord doesn't trust anyone at the DEO, he should have contacted Supergirl what he suspected was going on.

He only made 2 sets of blockers (his and Cat's)? Seems he should have made more.
Instead of his 'bomb the city' idea, it would have been smarter to get another set of blockers and have Kara put them on Superman. Get him on their side. Might even be worth it for Lord to give up his in favor of freeing Superman. Baring that, have Supergirl fly Lord out of range of Myriad, take the blockers and free Superman.

Surprisingly little action in this one imo...

Re: Supergirl (S1E19) -- "Myriad" -- 4/11/16

It was a cruel tease that we didn't get more air time for Maxima. I was loving her introduction to the show and the nods to Superman's continuity. She needs to get her own episode in the future. I even liked the fake-out involving Superman's appearance, though I cringed when they attempted to explain why he was susceptible and Kara wasn't to Myriad. That made zero sense. Oh well, two steps forward and one step back.

The moral dilemma faced by Supergirl is the stuff that should drive the action on this show. I enjoyed seeing that play out.

So apparently Alex and Hank were wanted enough that there were roadblocks set up with the express purpose of trying to find them but not wanted enough to put someone on Alex's Mom in case they try to contact her.

The Harrison Ford comment was great.

What's this logic you speak of? To further the point, why are they on a bus when Jon can fly?

That thing about Superman being effected by the "Anti-Life Equation" (because that's what it is) and Kara not, made no sense whatsoever. He was raised on Earth, therefore, what? He's still Kryptonian.

Re: Supergirl (S1E19) -- "Myriad" -- 4/11/16

If Myriad is basically subliminal messaging then I can sort of see how Maxwell's explanation of it working on Superman makes some sense in TV writing. And also how sending a new subliminal message might help counteract it. Its still a really lame plot though and I was expecting more. I hope they get rid of Non and the other Kryptonians this season. They just aren't written very well and its never made sense that they spent so many years in hiding when they're all ego-maniacs.

Once again nit-picking about something like Superman being affected by the Myriad when nothing about it makes sense.

Hopefully they will find some established villains for her to go up against next season rather than Non and some of the other lame ones they had this season.

Alex was so selfish, she knew she would be a liability to Jonn

Jonn was a wimp, he should have made her stay put

and the superman stuff was ridiculous

They always make characters act stupid. So, J'onn is suppose to focus on keeping her mind safe along with whatever else he has to do. What use would she even be........yep, NONE!

Yeah, he should have just flown off yet she then would likely walk into the city knowing it would auto control her.....would she?
