Re: Jeopardy! Discussion
Yeah in a short time Mayim has turned into a pretty great host. When I turn it on and see Jennings I'm not excited to watch it. They created a problem with this split hosts thing because people are going to naturally compare them.

Re: Jeopardy! Discussion
And I noticed when announced, Ken Jennings get “hosting Jeopardy…” while Bialik gets “now you’re host of Jeopardy…” What’s that about?

I'm the opposite. I much prefer Ken.
So far, they've only listed them as sharing the duties, but also mentioned something about Bialik hosting specials (tournaments?)

Ken is not an EP, as you mentioned earlier. He is only a consulting producer. I do like both Ken and Mayim hosting, and I have to imagine Ken is a front-runner at this point. I hope they just continue split hosting duties.

Re: Jeopardy! Discussion
Mayim was already announced as one of two new hosts of Jeopardy (along with Mike Richards) earlier this year, so she gets to be "the host of Jeopardy". Ken is currently only guest hosting Jeopardy while the producers are still trying to figure out what they're going to do permanently, so he only gets "hosting Jeopardy".

Ken really, really likes Amy. He's praising her constantly. I don't know why he even bothers introducing the other contestants, he might as well just say "good luck to our two losers for today - ok Amy, let's go!"

Screw those people. She's an icon for trans representation and the women of Jeopardy have been showing their support for her. It's kinda silly that anybody thinks about sex segregated records in a competition that isn't sex segregated anyway. Keep laughing all the way to the bank, Amy!

Amy was given a pass today on a bad answer. She should have been required to answer with the name of the party, instead of just being allowed to say "blue and white".

I don't really remember the question or the answer, but isn't the party in question called "Blue and White?"

Watching Amy is as boring as watching Matt, although at least Amy is willing to do a category at a time (I complained heavily about Matt's hopscotching to find DDs), so I'll just have to live with it.

Re: Jeopardy! Discussion
I've been watching new episodes of Jeopardy on Youtube. I don't get good reception for over the air tv so it's futile to try and watch it any other way than online. When a contestant is having a long run, I can watch it early on there, usually by 4:30pm, so I know nothing will be spoiled before I get the chance to watch it.
Amy doesn't have a good poker face. You will know just by looking at her expression and body posture weather or not she got the correct Final Jeopardy response just by looking at her.
