I kinda like the Matthew McConaughey commercials. They're so over the top pretentious I can't take them seriously on any level and that ridiculousness makes me smile.

The Ben Stiller Show did a great parody of the Obnoxious Best Friend commercial from the 80s/90s.

Here's the original. The first few lines are actually word for word.

I'm not sure if there's any good way to describe what I don't like about these commercials, but I find I'm greatly disliking the AT&T commercials where the parents chastise their children for lowering themselves to have anything to do with people who have (gasp!) cable internet. I know it's supposed to be tongue-in-cheek, but there's just something about how it's presented that completely rubs me wrong.

Not even sure who it's for but the commercial showing the kid eating chips loudly on the plane does it's job. It is so fucking annoying I have to change the channel.

Sorry Packers fans, but I getting tired of watching commercials of Aaron Rodgers and his lousy acting. My cousin's son played football with him when they were in Chico High School and she told me that Aaron was a real asshole what her son told her.

I don't hate the commercial but the one with Dwayne Wade and Gabby working out together. Towards the end Gabby screams cause she won and it sounds like it's not part of the commercial. Been a couple times where I wasn't paying attention to the TV and thought it was my wife upstairs.

There's a commercial for Surface pro which features a cap-wearing hipster who says, "I'm always going to be a 'maker'" with a twinkle in his eye. For some reason this bugs me.
By the way, is Justin Guarinni ( as "Li'l Sweet") the only actor to get onscreen billing for playing a character in an ad? I wonder if Dean Winter's bugging his agent trying to get billing for playing "Mayhem".

Thanks for posting this! Such an awesome 80's commercial and jingle. I don't think I have seen it since that time and it immediately brought back memories of watching various late night TV shows (like Tales From The Darkside) which this commercial always seem to play with in my area from some odd reason.

I live in LA and there is a commercial from a Las Vegas casino that the rest of the country can be glad they never have to see. It's for the Venetian casino and has an atrocious rap-oriented tune with horrible singing "I want the world." OMG I f**king hate it.

I don't know how that Postmates commercial with the guy watching Martha Stewart then cutting off his finger made it past whatever regulatory board there exists for commercials but it should be banned. Ugh.

This one drives me nuts, not so much because it's bad, it's because Hulu was playing it nonstop for a while. One time it played it 5 times in a row for me.

I'm sure you're all hating this one too: the AT&T commercial where the couple finds Gordon Ramsey making quesadilla samples at a home improvement store. And the commercial itself is fine, the problem is the end where the woman uses the WORST British accent ever, "Use a cocktail stick!"
