That's one change I'm glad they made from the books. Having him be an adolescent makes him WAY more susceptible to Margery's suggestions.

I had been waiting to see Jon remove Slynt's head since I read it.

Surprised the direction they are taking Sansa.

I'm actually quite impressed at how well D&D are integrating their changes into the series yet still keeping it more or less true to what was written. I just hope Tyrion's story isn't as drawn out . Loved the shout out to the Stone Men.

Let's be honest about Tommen guys, we would have all reacted the same way.

Got me right in the feels with arya having to get rid of needle and Sansa returning to winterfell.

Lena headey did a great job with that scene with margaery. You could feel the cersei's rage while trying to hold a poker face

Loved the little nod of approval that Stannis gave to Jon

Interesting read on why Sansa went North this year to replace her best friend Jeyne Poole.

I think the reaction of most would also be "I want to do this and nothing else day after day after day."

The actor is 17. So, good job for him to get.

Re: Game of Thrones (S5E03) -- "High Sparrow" -- 4/26/15

Agree that D&D have done a stellar job maintaining the pace, jettisoning the fat while folding existing main characters into interesting subplots, and staying true to the spirit of the books. Still come up with some dialogue zingers, although don't recall if those are straight outta GRRM or original dialogue. Poor Sansa...from one frying pan to another.

If you're a fan of Bronn, Jerome Flynn is back in Season 3 of Ripper Street. It was originally canceled after S.2 but got rescued. I think the season premiere is this coming Wed. on BBCAmerica.

Nice to see Ser Jorah back. http://31.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_mb...icfjo1_500.jpg

I just hope they don't play her too much as a victim here. That's my worry about sticking Sansa in this situation.

Re: Game of Thrones (S5E03) -- "High Sparrow" -- 4/26/15

What is great about this season is many characters are meeting up for the first time, and its such a great payoff when you know what they have gone through the first 4 seasons.

My take on Sansa is that she is alot more street-smart now and she wont be taken advantage in this situation like she was in the past. And the actor who plays Littlefinger is so great because he comes off as very charming, but he always leaves you alittle doubt about his motives.

Easily the best episode of the year so far. Fantastic television. I really like how they're tightening up everything from the book, clarifying motivations and eliminating characters that add limited value.
