my wife mentioned to me it seemed like they would put her in to the show full time with the way the plot went. i wouldn't mind her, but she should be a secondary character like some of the other ones they have (Paige Turco as the fixer).

She could be somebody they bring back when they need somebody to work Dominic. The scene with those two together was easily the highlight of the episode.

Like the people on his crew would get through NYC's pistol permit process. Even if he has managed to stay out the system and get a legit security company started
It's not enough for the company to own them, the employees would have to have pistol permits too
