I'm finally getting around to finishing S3. Picked up quite a bit in the 2nd half; episode 8...Couldn't stay awake to finish up last night. Still have the finale to watch. Bring on season 4.

Season four of the Emmy-nominated series will premiere exclusively on Amazon Prime Video on Friday, April 13.

In the ten-episode season four, when an attorney is murdered on the eve of his civil rights trial against the LAPD, Bosch is assigned to lead a task force to solve the crime before the city erupts in a riot. Bosch must pursue every lead, even if it turns the spotlight back on his own department. One murder intertwines with another, and Bosch must reconcile his past to find a justice that has long eluded him.

Saw this season was based partially on Angel's Flight, which is, for whatever reason, the only older Bosch book I have never read. I've owned a copy for a while, but it just never got read. In the last year, I decided to start re-reading them from the beginning.

God this show is so good. The only thing that takes me out of it is Winter Ave Zoli as a cop, since she was a prostitute on Sons of Anarchy.

Binged the entire 4th season. My God, that is how you do a streaming series! Fantastic throughout. Only downside is now have to wait a while for season five.

the way crate and barrel solved the korea town killer cracked me up because of how random it was but believable at the same time. I was worried they were just going to keep having the KT killer show up but I am glad its finished.

Speculation about the ending:

I'm wondering if they hadn't received a pickup for the 5th season by the time this was finishing up. They basically tied up almost all the loose ends of existing story lines, including his mother's murder, Koreatown killers. It felt like that ending could've served as a series finale if it wasn't coming back. Thankfully we know it is coming back for S5.

finished episode about 3 am on Friday. so glad I went to bed instead of watching episode 4. I know if I watched that I would have probably tried to finish it.

On episode 2 -- great show. They filmed in Bunker Hill -- I've been to all of those spots in DTLA. In fact, a friend lives in one of the buildings showcased and I have been on Angel's Flight.

Same here.I did not know amazon original series was done this way until it kept going to the next episode.

Chief Irvin Irving is one of my favorites from the show.




Season 4 was very good and just the right amount of pace and episodes.Went by fast,going to hard waiting about another year for the next season.easy 10/10

The whole Koreatown murders thing made no sense to me. It was a minor story line that really didn't go anywhere, and it felt like they tied it up because they got bored with it and just wanted it gone.
