This is my favorite show in production right now. Loved every minute of it, and savored 2 eps a week since it dropped. Finished it up last week, loved the conclusion and wrap up of all the loose ends. I hope we can get another 5 seasons of this show. Welliver IS Bosch in mind at this point.

I enjoyed season four. Finally tied up Concrete Blonde, and I didn't really know where the main plot was going because like I mentioned before the season I haven't read Angels Flight.
I know the show relies on supporting characters a lot more than the books do, where they are largely disposable. Wouldn't mind them bringing Snyder back next year.

I knocked out season 4 over the last week. Good stuff as usual, except any scenes with Maddie. Same thing really with another Amazon show, Goliath. Anything involving the main character's teenage daughter in these shows is a momentum killer. So boring.

NYPD Blue alumna Jacqueline Obradors is set for a key recurring role on the upcoming fifth season of Amazon’s Bosch.
Based on Michael Connelly’s best-selling novels, Bosch stars Titus Welliver as homicide Detective Harry Bosch, Jamie Hector as Jerry Edgar, Amy Aquino as Lt. Grace Billets, Madison Lintz as Maddie Bosch and Lance Reddick as Deputy Chief Irvin Irving.
Obradors will play the fast learning and good at hiding her nerves, Detective Christina Vega, who’s been brought up to work in homicide. She feels the promotion has been a long time coming and is determined to prove her worth as quickly as possible.
Obradors is known for her lead role as Detective Rita Ortiz in ABC crime drama series NYPD Blue. Other credits include major roles in Franklin and Bash, Lopez, Six Days and Seven Nights, Atlantis: The Lost Empire, and A Man Apart. She’s repped by Luber Roklin Entertainment and KMR & Associates.

Just an FYI --
I saw how long the "Series" thread was getting, so I went through and broke it up by Seasons. Hopefully I didn't miss anything.
I still need to check this out. One of these days...

Should be helpful to those who haven't started.

This is one of the finest series going.
Each season has been excellent.
I have watched all 4 and always wish there were more.
Harry Bosch is unlike any other TV/movie detective.
The books really help flesh out his complex character.
Essentially, he is someone who has been shaped by personal tragedy and too many years seeing tragedy played out on the streets.
He is hard, distant, compassionate with an unwavering mission for TRUE justice.
Do yourself a favor and give it a try.
BTW, the 4k HDR is superb.

I just started season 4 last week. Glad it's going to be around at least 2 more seasons.
Yeah I love Bosch. Very underrated cop show. Titus Welliver must love this. Working like 4-5 months per year on this on this and then picking up an occasional side job. He's living the life.

On my wish list is them doing another Lincoln Lawyer movie with Bosch in it since they are half brothers.

Fifteen months after bringing his mother’s killer to justice, Bosch finds himself seeking the truth on two fronts. New evidence in an old case leaves everyone wondering whether Bosch planted evidence to convict the wrong guy. And a murder at a Hollywood pharmacy exposes a sophisticated opioid pill mill, sending Bosch down a dark and perilous path in pursuit of the killers. Bosch returns 04/19.
