So it was a new episode - Crud. For some reason my on-screen TV Guide thats on my recorder (via TV Guide website) didn't have a description-didn't say it was a new episode so I figured it was a repeat and thus didn't manually record it.
Then I was at my Aunts house and while flicking through the channels, I landed on CBS and the scene was McGarrett and the DA walking in from front of the courthouse, talking about something. I said ah, the episode is indeed a repeat and its the one where the DA first appears. (The two had the exact type of scene in that episode) I switched the channel to something else and didn't catch what they were talking about so I didn't realize it was a new episode.
Oh well guess I'll have to watch it on the CBS website sometime later this weekend.

It was an ok episode, Eric Roberts must have been on vacation in Hawaii and did his scene as a favor to someone, cause it would have cost more to fly him over, and put him up.

I liked the episode, but once again - special guest star = bad guy (Eric Roberts)

Anyone catch the name of the company Jerry was applying to? Although that and along with "TPS reports" it's becoming cliched to make Office Space references anymore...

Who the hell on the writing staff thought making the Jerry character a series regular was a good idea? I know he's there primarily for comic relief, but he would be better off as an occasional guest star. It seems like they have to shoe-horn him into a plot just to give Jorge something to do.

but Doug Savant (Melrose Place and Desperate housewives), arguably bigger name than Roberts was the bad guy
