Didn't like this one much. Had high hopes, but it fell flat for me.

I thought the episode was just fine; enjoyed Bernadette singing in the car, the stupid Victorian games, and liked the sweet moment at the end with the presents. The bird thing was kind of dumb but I laughed when the second bird flew in.

Enjoyed the episode. Only complaint was that the actual end should have been security camera footage of Leonard and Howard entering the lab building and Leonard leaving the loading door open.

Yeah, I completely expected that to happen after all the shit everyone gave Howard. Surprised they didn't go that obvious route.

Yeah I thought the same thing about them just being able to erase their names from the sign in sheet. I'm sure the university would have cameras and plus they probably had to enter the building and various rooms within with electronic key cards or something. So that bit was kind of dumb.

Overall I thought it was an okay episode though. The best parts were Sheldon and Bernadette together in the car and at the mall and also the parts with Penny, Amy, and Raj's dad at the Christmas party. The clean room stuff with Leonard, Howard, and Raj wasn't terrible but didn't do much for me either really.

This is the second episode they've done involving a bird flying into an indoor area. Weird.

In spite of the obvious plot hole, the scenario with the bird was fun. I liked this one and glad it showed Sheldon can actually enjoy something like Christmas

Hard to believe, eh? I was saying this last season... and at this point they're trying to drag their corpses across the finish line - which is still far off.

I'm expecting to see a lot of regurgitated story lines and fruitless "comedic" situations.

I've been thinking the same thing this season. I think overall this has been the weakest season of the series. It seems like the writers try to progress the characters in some episodes but then backpedal. It seems like either the end of this season or the start of the next will be Leonard and Penny's wedding. That's pretty much one of the main storylines that should be wrapped up. Who knows what will happen with Sheldon and Amy and Raj and his girlfriend (I don't even remember her name). It seems like the show should be wrapping up sooner as its running on fumes if you ask me.

The show isn't as funny as it was in it's first few seasons, but I don't find it bad or poor or anything at all. There's usually a few good moments in every episode

Penny is slowly morphing into Lucille One from Arrested Development, always with a glass of wine in her hand and insults for those around her. PS I still hate her hair.

I agree with those that say the quality is definitely gone downhill, but I'll continue to watch due to both the hopes that it will improve as well as the desire to watch the full series completely through.
