I'm hoping they get Bobby's pancreas mailed to them next.

For those of us who have to listen to coworkers who still watch the show go on and on about "Oh shit" tomorrow, can you elaborate so I'll know what to brace for?

This is the worst after show "talk show" I've ever seen, and we are only two minutes in.

Just firing up Sons of Anarchy and saw that it was recording 135 minutes!!!

 I was like a 2 hour and 15 episode?? Then I read that there is an After Show, so that explains it.

Sutter would have outdone himself with an episode that long. There would have been serious outrage making the folks here stay up until almost 12:30am.

It is really ineffective to me when a major character dies now. The show has just become a convoluted joke.

RIP Bobby

Well that death wasn't surprising at all. After he lost his eye, fingers and got his jaw broken he was as good as dead.

 at Chibbs banging Jarry in the garage.

Anyone watching the post show? Wow, it's so awkward. The introduction to Mark Boone Junior was so weird. This host is just as bad as he was during the first post show after episode 1.

I'm just wondering how Zombie Jax is going to spill his guts about all of Gemma's confessions that he's witnessed. Little sucker is Johnny-on-the-spot fer sure (Sneaky Pete, indeed), but he's not the most articulate soul.

Maybe he can do some crayon pictograph art on the walls & Tig can interpret.

I had to turn it off and delete from the dvr after five minutes. Terrible, and the host is even worse.

"I know we've had a setback"
"I know things have been tough"
"I know this had been brutal"

.... but you just gotta trust me! This time I have a plan!

So how many more shows before <s>Jack </s>Jax figures out "it's all one giant misunderstanding" and that Gemma killed Tara (due of course... to a giant misunderstanding). My money's on the penultimate show, but is Sutter really going to spin the wheels for two more shows? Sadly the 2 hour block (which means lame aftershow) kind of foresahdowed someone being killed. Good grief... that aftershow... it makes me long for more musical montages instead!

Zombie Jax is now pretty much the highlight of the show, outside of the chance of catching a Justified promo.

Spoiler:
Not sure why Bobby didn't just turn around or fall down, instead of letting Marks pull a gun from his waistband and blow his head off.

I have no idea what the plan is or was. It's a mess. I got caught up on the series before this season, and it was never this bad.

Yup. It was horrific when Opie was beaten to death in prison. This just made me go, "Meh." (And yeah, why Bobby would just stand there when he knew the gun was there made zero sense.) This one's on Gemma too, who is such a hate-able character, and it just needs to end.

I watched the entire series up to this season in a week or so. I enjoyed the show but have to admit I thought the show fell apart when
Spoiler:
Clay and Opie died

I wouldn't go as far to say this season is anywhere near as terrible as the last season of Dexter though. I have a feeling the ending will be familiar to that of the Shield, perhaps with Jax winning this war but getting booted from the SOA club. He's nothing without the club.

Re: Sons of Anarchy (S7E09) -- "What a Piece of Work Is Man" -- 11/4/14

Is the only reason Jax didn't die last night because there are four more episodes? If I have this right, Marks had a gun he used to kill Bobby in front of Jax. Why not just kill Jax? Jax had him arrested, right? Dumb, dumb, dumb.

Ugh. This show is just painful now. Not even fun to watch any more.

And that after show? Never in my life have I wished so hard for Chris Hardwick to appear. That dude they have is awful.

My prediction:

Jax finds out from Abel that Gemma killed Tara.
Jax kills Gemma.
Nero kills Jax.
Chibbs kills Nero.
Chibbs and Jarry ride off into the sunset.
Dissolve.
Text appears..."14 years later...."
Cut to a kid putting on the cut with the name Abel stiched on the pocket.
Fade to black.

Close. Nero goes off to his uncle's farm with Wendy. Indian Hills pushes the matter that Jax killed Jury without cause and he's voted out. They burn the tat off his back and without mom, Tara, Wendy, the kids he commits suicide.
As to Chibbs he takes over Charming chapter, marries Jarry and their kids join with Able for the SAMCRO revival.

You're both wrong. The last 45 minutes of the show involves Kurt Sutter masterbating to all the male cast members sodomizing each other while Katy Sagal murders the Star Spangled Banner in the longest, most plodding version of that song ever, with 17 extra Sons of Anarchy inspired verses.
