Anyone get the first Dead Carpet code word? The second one was Together.
I know I'm not going to win and I never enter stuff like this, but they are giving away a Walking Dead pinball machine every week.

That was crazy intense. So I guess this means Gareth isn't joining the group and sharing recipes.

90% of the episode was close to the comic which was great. The ending though was not and leaves some interesting questions!
Why was Abraham so intent to make sure Glenn/Maggie went with him?
Why was Maggie still not mentioning the possibility that her sister may be out there?
The rest of the group stayed, which was a deviation from the comic, and Daryl must have ran into some trouble. I don't think he was with Carol, why would she hide? I'm guessing the rest of the season will focus on a non-comic threat. The other group that the termites talked about perhaps?
Did the two of them run into Morgan because he has obviously been wandering around in the same location as everyone else for around two days at this point!

I didn't catch it until you mentioned it now. I missed the East coast feed and the current re-air, I missed 2 minutes and didn't want to record it missing anything. It's already set to get the 9:30pm PT feed.

Apparently everyone with Directv was affected. No Directv DVRs caught the first or second airings. Bunch of pissed off people on Twitter.

That was wicked crazy, yo!
Rick unleashed a murderous hate right there. The end result of Gareth was pretty brutal. I actually wanted Rick to tell Tyreese to come out and kill them and stop being a pussy, but at least he did what he did to get back on track with the World he lives in.
I think the person with Daryl is either Beth or Morgan. Carol is not with them by the way he asked the person to come out.
I think Bob's leaving was pretty sad. I think he has been the most spirited person of the entire bunch the entire show. He did what needed to be done when it needed to be done but also had sense and reason.
Gareth was a good villain. It would have been cool to have him around longer but it probably would have ruined any fanfare he had, dragging it out.

It was how the Termites marked people as prey.

So we all all guessed right about the "tainted meat" and Bob getting bitten. He should've let them swallow more first. Though it apparently didn't kill them anyway. Gareth's casual evil and matter-of-fact banter about eating human flesh is fucking terrifying. The guesses about Gabriel locking everybody out to save himself were right too. Wonder if the name Gabriel having to do with the apocalypse is just me reading too much into things or if it's vaguely symbolic? Since Abraham (Hey, another Biblical name) thinks everything pivots on what Eugene says, you'd think they if Eugene says he doesn't want to go, that'd be the end of it. What's he going to do, threaten him? This whole argument is asinine. There's strength in numbers, to say nothing of the fact that Rick has supplies and so does your current location. With the cannibals outside, safe is relative, but you have a much better chance staying with them instead of fighting it with Rick. Why're they so intent on having Maggie and Glenn anyway?
Did they drop Bob off, or did he drag himself back? What am I missing?
I still think threatening babies is taking shock value way too far.
I'm glad Rick was actually intelligent enough to set a trap, I thought they'd have him get there, find out that they weren't there, and have a big running back set piece.
So basically it's a Straw Dogs become even more brutal thing? Knew they'd do that, I think it's the kind of dark revenge anyone in their situation would've taken. That grainy Super 16 helps with that aesthetic too. What goes around comes around. The "us or them" aspect is a horrifying to think about, but it's the truth in their world. I suppose I should be glad they didn't dwell on the torture. The aftermath "what have done" horror was a powerful touch too. This is a viciously nihilistic show, it's surprising it's become as popular as it has, but maybe audiences go for darker stuff than studios give them credit for sometime. Yeah, much like 24 the show thrives on shock value, but damned if it doesn't work. Talk about hellish. Even God is gone now. Not real subtle, but hey, doesn't need to be.
For once, I'm glad that my set isn't calibrated properly, that overhead shot of the carnage was dark.
Micchone has her sword back!
Why're Maggie and Glenn going with them? Just to stick to the deal?
Wonder what they're teasing us with? Or maybe Carol is just back there and they're just trying to milk the end of episode cliffhanger.
