I want to like this, but I'm having a hard time. Especially in her perspective, where he is perceived to be really coming on to her, almost stalker-like creepy. I also can't see how this can possibly be a multi-season show, unless they fail to deliver a satisfying end to season 1.

Another good episode last night. First time that Noah and Alison's recollections significantly differed from one another. We also got some more clues from the interrogation scenes - namely around the family feud that's been going on for generations.

I really like this show, but I am starting to sour on the duel stories being told from Noah and Alison for each half of the show. The show gains momentum and then it just stalls when they have to restart the story halfway through the show. I'm still in because the story is starting to unravel and I'm interested to see where it goes.

I'm starting to get the feeling that Noah and Alison are married in the police interview portion of the show.
Also... this was strange... the part where he was like "when you make a decision, the track your life was supposed to go down continues on one time line, and then another time line opens up, etc." whatever he said. Maybe one story isnt even real? When they did the recap, they aired that part again...so maybe important?

It'll also be interesting to see how it will come together, why their perspectives are so different...and what the point of telling the story that structure is.
Additionally...why this information is relevant to the "murder". Which is what Noah has already asked.

Latest episode was interesting. Didn't quite follow what was going on until we got into it a little bit. Found it interesting the detective told two different versions of his family life to both Noah and Allison.

The took a little different approach this week, not exactly the same timeline for the two stories. And yeah I thought it was interesting the detective was playing them both with different versions.
Next weeks preview showed quite a bit, Showtime seems to really give more than the usual on previews...

Is it just me, or doe that detective seem like a real asshole? They got places to be and shits to do, and he keeps saying "I got more questions". And I really don't see how all these details of their affair can have anything to do with whoever was killed - especially they're not the prime suspects. I like the show, but the framing device is lame.

I still can't get past that its Deacon from King of Queens!
Showtime did this for Homeland's Previews too, as they gave away TOO much information! They have to understand that previews are just an appetizer to get you ready for next week, not give specific details that spoil the next episode.
All in all, I really like this show as its something different then what's on TV now. Have they said anything regarding a 2nd season, or is this a standalone season show? And none of my married friends have dared to watch it, because they don't feel comfortable watching this subject matter with their spouse.

Much longer Alison segment yesterday and now the stories aren't even remotely similar. I like that progression though. Keeps it very interesting. And the person who died was finally revealed. I could've sworn it was going to be Cole.

My favorite new show.
Liked that they keep changing it up every week.
Although the flashback this week her version she was wearing a dress, his version, she was wearing jeans.

Yes the brother.
He was my guess. He seemed like the most obvious choice if you listened closely to the interrogation scenes.
Very curious how they continue into a second year, but happy it go renewed. I look forward to this every week.

I have to say, I have been really impressed with Showtime over the last few years and how they have replicated and starting to perfect the HBO model by consistently putting out new and original shows (getting Twin Peaks is a coup as well). Now HBO has GoT and that's it...

It's not the first time they have done that. In episode 2 or 3, he was wearing completely different clothes in both storylines. I really like this show personally and am glad it got renewed.

Is it just me, or did that cocaine subplot come out of left field? I know they had showed her picking the cooler up and dropping it off in the earlier episodes but I never would've guessed it was drugs. I thought it was just another sideline job of hers.
No present day scenes this week too. I wonder if that means we're getting closer to the "incident".

I think if you went back and looked at things now knowing you'd probably see some subtle clues. But showing her making those deliveries in early episodes was the biggest.
