Yeah, without commercials, it was 75 minutes. I think even 45 minutes depicting the exact same story and characters would've been bloated. To almost double it is pure narcissism.

I could be wrong, but I think the girl now working in the ice cream shop is the only character last season that didn't have at least one "Jesus Christ"

I don't think Jax just took Gemma's word for the Asian guy being involved. If I remember correctly, Jax laid out a plan to the MC off screen and when Gemma nods to him after talking to the Asian guy, it kinda felt that the chinese guy was gonna be a fall guy for that plan, what ever it is. My biggest gripe is that with Tara and Gemma fighting in last seasons finale and NONE of Gemma's peg bumdy hair fell or or was pulled out and left behind? Wouldn't her finger prints be all over the place also? I stopped trying to watch this show as if it's set in reality and enjoy it as a life action cartoon, albeit a cartoon for adults.
