Nobody here watches it, but The Good Fight's upcoming 6th season will be it's final one.
Breaking News - The Sixth and Final Season of Robert and Michelle King's "The Good Fight" to Premiere on Thursday, Sept. 8, Exclusively on Paramount+ | TheFutonCritic.com
Grand total it will be 13 seasons of The Good Wife/The Good Fight on TV/streaming. That's crazy to have two interconnected shows last that long.

Winchesters and Walker Independence will not get full seasons. The new CW is trying to save money.

I expect all CW seasons moving forward will only be 13-16 episodes. I expect the Winchesters will get renewed at the very least.

Whose Line to End After 12th Season on The CW, Says Colin Mochrie

Season 12 of the improv comedy series Whose Line Is It Anyway? will be its last, according to a tweet from Colin Mochrie, one of its lead performers.
“Hey everyone. Hope you are enjoying the current season of Whose Line,” he wrote. “In January, we shoot our final season. Thank you all for the support over the years.”
Season 11 of the revival is currently airing on The CW Friday nights at 9/8c. Its final run will mark its 12th season on The CW, but 20th overall, including six seasons on ABC and two on ABC Family.
TVLine has reached out to The CW for comment.
Whose Line’s current roster includes Mochrie, Wayne Brady and Ryan Stiles. Aisha Tyler has served as host since 2013.
The young-skewing CW network faces an uncertain fate: Local-TV giant Nexstar Media Group recently acquired a 75 percent ownership stake, with plans to target older viewers and add low-cost, unscripted programming. Longtime network head Mark Pedowitz departed The CW shortly after the acquisition was finalized.

Did anyone here watch the AMC series 61st Street? It starred Courtney B. Vance. Apparently season 1 aired last year (didn't see a single promo for it) and the 2nd season was already filmed. It was shot back to back. And AMC cancelled it. I guess nobody watched it as I really heard nothing about it.
Here is the trailer
AMC pulled a Discovery and cancelled it to pull a write off to cut costs.

I did. But yeah, I don't recall seeing any promos for it, I just stumbled upon an article or something about it online and set the DVR.
Although AMC wasn't even airing the reruns (I missed the first two), but they were re-airing on WEtv, which I guess AMC owns. Odd.
Show was ok, nothing really new. Not sure I'd be back for Season 2 regardless.

In case you missed it, Snowpiercer's final season has been shelved. It won't air on TNT even though it's completed. WBD is using it as a tax write-off. However, it's an independently produced show, so they are trying to find a new home.

What is the deal with the Resident and Big Sky?
Last year they had around 22 or more episodes and for the Fall 2022-23 season they both ended after 13 episodes in January.

Big Sky is just because ABC has so many shows left to premiere. It also seemed pretty done.

NCIS Los Angeles is ending after 14 seasons. The May finale is the series finale. I had a feeling it was getting close to the end. I know most of this forum doesn’t watch it anymore. I’ve seen every episode. But I know network TV and long running dramas like this have become after thoughts nowadays or aren’t priority viewing.

Also, NCIS LA is 14 years old. It came out in 2009. It had to be pretty damn expensive to make and also it’s shot locally here in LA. And paying O’Donnell and LL Cool J’s salaries had to be insanely expensive.

Peacock cancels One of Us is Lying and Vampire Academy
Apple cancels The Mosquito Coast
I know they won’t be missed here because nobody watched them here.
Not worth IMO bumping dead threads for this news.

Is Vampire Academy the new one with SMG or is that something else? Also, pretty sure I don’t know a single person that subscribes to Peacock.

Vampire Academy is a YA drama based on a book. There was a movie based on the same source material. Totally understand that Peacock shows aren't on your radar. Just can't pay attention to everything that comes out.
