Criminal Minds upcoming 14th season will be only 15 episodes. It was confirmed by the Producers of the show. They will produce more if CBS asks.

Deadline notes that Insatiable has been renewed by Netflix for a second season. I enjoyed the first so I look forward to season 2.

Now that Moonves is out at CBS, expect sweeping changes to their prime-time line-up over the next year. I expect many old shows favored by Moonves will get canned.

Things on the chopping block: Elementary, Survivor, Big Brother, etc.

I'm enjoying The Kids are Alright more than I expected to. Splitting Up Together I'm watching, but could really take it or leave it.

Netflix cancels the Josh Groban and Tony Danza series The Good Cop after one season.

Not surprising. Had absolutely no buzz and DVD Talk sure as hell didn’t watch it.

In this day and age with so many shows, if it doesn’t have immediate buzz, no one is going to devote the time to watch it.

Murphy Brown and Happy Together to end after 13 episodes.

Murphy however was reportedly never intended to be a long 22 episode season. And the ratings don't justify it.

Happy Together for all intents and purposes is dead after it finishes.

Life in Pieces not on midseason schedule. Currently no space for it.

MB and Happy Together are not officially canceled. They still could be brought back next season.

Moonves was the one keeping Elementary alive, so that makes sense.

I'm guessing other shows with more than 100 (or 200) episodes, might also be vulnerable such as:

- Criminal Minds (only 15 episodes ordered)
- Madam Secretary (only 20 episodes ordered)
- Blue Bloods
- Hawaii Five-0 reboot
-

The question is whether they were protected by Moonves directly.
