I'd also add a majority of the Michael Scott-centric episodes of The Office, specifically in Seasons 4 - 7 where he became a cartoon character. His behavior would make me have to pause the show at times in order to get through it.

Every second of The Big Bang Theory.
I'm not even trying to be funny. When I'm visiting my parents and they're watching it, I have to leave the room.

I thought the acting was bad in that episode, and since the three main actors in the episode are normally good, I'll blame in on the writing. The whole episode also looked really cheap. Lost always seemed cinematic to me but I remember thinking this one looked like a an episode of Hercules: The Legendary Journeys.

This is an interesting article about that day and how our memories might not be exactly what happened.
For me it's any and all Bachelor/Bachelorette proposals. These people have been hooking up with other people days before, yet they treat it like it's this huge romantic gesture. Some of the most awkward TV moments ever.

Refresh my memory, what was so cringe-worthy about it?

That episode of Lost and the Tattoo episode were two brutal hours of television.

I think a Playboy playmate Karen Mcdougal was on the same show Stern appeared on Magic Johnson and she was trying to stick up for Magic.

The second 1984 Presidential debate between President Reagan and Walter Mondale. President Reagan forgets where he is, but he knows he's talking to a camera, so he just rambles on about driving down the highway until the moderator cuts him off.
There is nothing more cringeworthy than the realization that the president of the US is senile.

Any time Miley Cyrus is on. That girl is just plain gross. I like them 18 to 80 but she is just disgusting with all the tongue wagging. Girl makes me want to puke.

The time that Larry King kept calling Ringo "George" while interviewing him and Paul McCartney is pretty bad.

6. Justin Bieber
7. A really bad Saturday Night Live skit with a reoccuring character.
