The third to last Lost episode. The one with Allison Janney. The whole episode made me cringe throughout.

Refresh my memory, what was so cringe-worthy about it?

I'd also add a majority of the Michael Scott-centric episodes of The Office, specifically in Seasons 4 - 7 where he became a cartoon character. His behavior would make me have to pause the show at times in order to get through it.

Every second of The Big Bang Theory.

I'm not even trying to be funny. When I'm visiting my parents and they're watching it, I have to leave the room.

I thought the acting was bad in that episode, and since the three main actors in the episode are normally good, I'll blame in on the writing. The whole episode also looked really cheap. Lost always seemed cinematic to me but I remember thinking this one looked like a an episode of Hercules: The Legendary Journeys.

Agreed. Taylor Swift had it coming.

For me it's any and all Bachelor/Bachelorette proposals. These people have been hooking up with other people days before, yet they treat it like it's this huge romantic gesture. Some of the most awkward TV moments ever.

Didn't Beyoncé end up winning the bigger award anyway?

That Lost episode crushed every dream for long-time fans that Cuse and Lindelof had any real answers.

That episode of Lost and the Tattoo episode were two brutal hours of television.

I think a Playboy playmate Karen Mcdougal was on the same show Stern appeared on Magic Johnson and she was trying to stick up for Magic.

Re: The Most Cringeworthy Moments in TV History ?

The second 1984 Presidential debate between President Reagan and Walter Mondale. President Reagan forgets where he is, but he knows he's talking to a camera, so he just rambles on about driving down the highway until the moderator cuts him off.

There is nothing more cringeworthy than the realization that the president of the US is senile.

Any time Miley Cyrus is on. That girl is just plain gross. I like them 18 to 80 but she is just disgusting with all the tongue wagging. Girl makes me want to puke.

The time that Larry King kept calling Ringo "George" while interviewing him and Paul McCartney is pretty bad.

In no particular order:

1. Miley Cyrus twerking.
2. Sally Field's Academy Award acceptance speech.
3. Peyton Manning choking away another Super bowl.
4. Any live action kid show on Nickeloden or the Disney Channel.
5. Marlon Brando refusal to accept an Academy Award in a speech given
by Native American Sacheen Littlefeather.
6. Justin Bieber
7. A really bad Saturday Night Live skit with a reoccuring character.
8. Any episode of The Lucy Show featuring Gale Gordon.

I was just about to say Anne Hathaway at any awards show, whether it's hosting or winning.
