Wow, Gabriel was pretty freaking sadistic in this episode. Committing that bloody massacre in the diner and then enjoying an ice cream afterwards. I thought that diner scene was somewhat of a callback to the movie Legion, which this is based on.
Liked that we got a little more backstory with Alex and Michael. |

Interesting to find out there are other neutral players. We could see another archangel show up and tip the balance.

Where is Lucifer in all of this? Did this series cut him out of the Angel rebellion? I can't remember from the movies, I blanked them from my mind as soon as I watched them.
