I can't believe we are down to the final 4 episodes already. Have they mentioned anything about doing another 12hr series like this again in the future?

The Producers aren't ruling it out, but nothing has been decided. Kiefer, Katz and Coto said they are aiming for closure this series.

So I guess that means no movie either. Which I'm not sure a 24 movie would work either in this format. But I really enjoyed this 12 episode series.

Or closure in the sense that if they don't have another series, there won't be plot threads hanging. So I'm guessing Jack won't be a fugitive anymore and can go home. They can always have more but the threat will be brand new and you won't have to have seen previous seasons to get caught up.

The lack of silent clock was a dead giveaway (pun intended), but they pulled it off without making it seem too farfetched. That was another great episode though. My reaction when Jack threw her out of the window: "Holy Shit!"

You have to wonder if anyone is going to be asking questions about her death..seeing as how he told everyone he had her in custody and she was in handcuffs and everything. I guess he could always play it off like she ran and jumped out rather than be taken in for questioning.

Yeah I had to rewind for that window throw, that was some good shit. Expected him to take her in like usual so that was nice.
And looks like a GIF is out there now:

props to TerryW who had it almost pegged last week
then again it did take him/her 2 tries
original post ....
oh and it is clear that Chloe knows exactly who she is dealing with (that's why she implanted herself in his group) and she will once again be the hero in the end

original post ....
Heller is definitely gone. *Simone is not though. *She just had a seizure. *I think she will ultimately betray her mom and be the one to take her down. *I would think they might use the time jump in the final hour to show Heller's funeral/news of VP taking over. *Next week, we need to see Jack, Kate & Chloe regroup to gather intel on how to find Margot with the help of Simone.

Absolute epic episode. Chalk another one up for the TV (not just 24) hall of fame.
Excellent shootouts. Love Kate Morgan
Thought Jack Bauer was gonna pull a John McClane when he scaled down the building.
Even without the silent clock last week, I thought Heller was still going to be dead. Thought the writers were finally gonna go for killing an in-term President. Oh well.
And my favorite 24 music score track made an appearance during the shootout (when Eric and Kate were in the shootout). The track is from Day 5 (power plant episode).

This is working a lot better with only 12 episodes. There's NO TIME for filler.

Absolutely loved tonight's episode. Kicked so much ass.

The last 3 episodes are going to be epic. Can't wait to see how they do the time jump as well.
Agree with MLB, great use of Callery's score tonight. The shootout with Eric and Kate and Margot's goons was awesome.

Little late to the game since I just finished this on my DVR but holy crap that was so EPIC! Such a satisfying end to that character. A monumental Jack Bauer moment. What an awesomely exciting episode. Jack not taking sh*t from anyone or wasting a moment.

Has Chloe ever killed anyone? If not, I'd like to see her take out her douchebag boyfriend.
If Jack gets closure, I want a 24 series based on Kate.

I think they may kill Jack in this finale to completely blow our minds. Then it's Kate and Chloe next time.
