I would kindly submit President Charles Logan. He's easily my all-time favorite 24 supporting character. In fact, I might even go so far as to say that during his time on the show I enjoyed him more than Jack. I know that's blasphemy, but after the first 4 or 5 seasons, Jack just sort of became robo-spy. Sure he's awesome, but just being awesome doesn't really make a character.
Gregory Itzin was so good at being "Nixonian", that I'm shocked no one has ever had him actually play Nixon.

Actually Jack was being a hero. If he had taken her in, it would have lead to a lengthy trial and long prison sentence for life or until her execution (if the UK has one). All of that would take millions of dollars (UK pounds). So Jack was saving the British people having to spend all that tax money on a terrorist.

50 years later and hundreds, if not thousands, of conspiracy theories abound!

I believe Tony was apprehended in season 7 after he was revealed to be playing both sides and wanted to kill Will Patton's character. He blamed him for killing Michelle and his unborn kid.

Just wanted to say this episode was great. Felt very classic and old school of "24"--from start to finish. Can't quite pinpoint why yet.
Couldn't believe Jack tossed Margot out the window--wow!
It's funny, because I remember when Jack said "I'm gonna need a hack saw" early in season 2, and showed up with a severed head in a bowling bag, how shocking that was in 2002. 2014 and he's chucking handcuffed terrorists out ten story windows.

I don't think 24 can ever really top the hacksaw moment in season 2. It's why nothing Jack ever does can surprise me.
Fun episode.
So they decide to take on all of Catelyn's people with just Jack, Partlow, and Sarah Walker. What pressing concern did all of the other agents have that was more important? And where the Hell were the British? I mean they are in London. Was it tea time? Then backup finally shows up and there are like 20 people helping Jack break down the computer.
24 has already killed two sitting presidents. Though to be techical they never did completely confirm that Keeler and Wayne Palmer died during their seasons, we just never saw either one of them again. Palmer being dead wasn't confirmed until the TV movie, and it's hard to fathom how Keeler would have actually survived Air Force One crashing.
Thought it would have been a fun spot for a cameo if Jack's CIA contact was Adam or Chase, though I guess that kind of thing would probably be not worth the time of Zach Quinto or James Badge Dale. 24 just hasn't left that many people alive.

"In a report analyzing airline accidents from 1983 to 2000, the National Transportation Safety Board found that the survival rate of crashes was 95.7%."
Terminal velocity tempers how fast a plane can fall from the sky. Granted, it's not going to be an enjoyable experience, but it's survivable, especially depending on the type of crash (forward velocity tempers the forces brought on by extended rapid descent into impact).
USA Today - As this (intentional) 727 crash shows, you can survive

Most typical airplane crashes don't involve rogue government agents, missiles, and another aircraft exploding into your aircraft.

Just saw this episode last night (was out of town the previous week) and yes, it was amazing. Loved it.
Nice. Now someone needs to edit together a gif of the The Amazing Flying Tully Sisters.

It's a tongue-in-cheek Game of Thrones reference that refers to this past season.
