^^ Most of the women lost about 7 pounds, but the men really put it on. Wow, at Frankie.. almost 30 pounds in that short a time... I have a feeling Victoria put a lot on, as well.

It was a pretty awful season all around, but Derrick is 100% a deserving winner. He dominated the game. To be fair, I thought Cody made a pretty good case for himself in the finale too. If someone didn't have the live feeds it was possible to see Cody as the winner.

Glad for Donny, and extra happy that Frankie using his sister for votes didn't work. They caught Amber on the live mike telling Donny how hard they had been working for him.

It was especially satisfying seeing Frankie edge toward Julie before the AFP announcement was to made and then watch him drain as Julie announced the "Top 3" vote-getters, -and he wasn't one of them.

What happened to all of the conspiracy theories declaring that Grodner/CBS would choose Frankie as AFP winner? Happy to see those get shot down, but it'll just happen again next year.

I loved this season. Derrick is now legendary.
