Re: Last Show You Binged?

I just got full on Hannibal Season 2 over the weekend -13 episodes in 12 hours. Man, what a fantastic show -watching it is like entering an alternate reality.

I don't watch Mentalist but I love Psych. Light hearted, easy to watch, and fun show.

Re: Last Show You Binged?

Most recently Brooklyn 99. I didn't wanna give it a shot when it was broadcast, but was glad to be able to watch all 22 eps in the span on 2-3 days. Show is a lot better than I expected. Other shows I've binged within the past 2 months.

Attack on Titan (great show)
Deathnote (last few eps disappointed me)
Homeland (never really liked a show before where I hated the main character so much -Claire Danes- something about her face, crying face, and a dislike for her before the show)
House of Cards (wasn't as impressed since a lot of people had hyped it up so much)
Avengers Assemble (not as good as Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes)
The Fall (disappointed that the first series ended in a cliffhanger, would've liked to see some resolution)
Young Justice (really liked)
True Detective (great show)
The Corner (wanted to try because I loved The Wire, was decent)
The Wire (might've been my 2nd time burning thru it)

Others I gave a chance but haven't been able to keep going
Luther
Sword Art Online

Canadian Netflix is great. And really prefer to binge thru shows, because waiting a week between episodes sucks.

The Witches of East End, Season 1. It turned out to be a whole lot better than I thought it would be. Great cast.

Not really a show, but I binged on Flowers in the Attic and Petals on the Wind from Lifetime back to back today ( about 3 hours with no commercials ). Entertaining yet disturbing movies.

Re: Last Show You Binged?

finished up what I hope is the first season (still has not been renewed I think) of Playing House on USA. Really nice comedy with a Gilmore Girls vibe. good light fun.

Also finished up Silicon Valley, excellent new comedy on HBO, well worth a summer binge.

I thought they were entertaining but really disturbing, too. They were way better than the theatrical release.

I just finished binge watching The Americans latest season. I can't wait to see how their going to resolve their dispute about whether they should tell the kids who they really are.

Re: Last Show You Binged?

Breaking Bad, great series that is worth the hype. I watched the first three seasons over a few months, but then binged the last two over the past two weeks with most of the final season being the past two days.

Re: Last Show You Binged?

I've been watching The Good Wife all weekend long. And with a storm currently knocking out the satellite signal I probably continue to.

Re: Last Show You Binged?

Just watched the first nine episodes from season one of New Girl. I like it enough to watch all of the aired episodes and to tune in for next season.

Re: Last Show You Binged?

Just binged watched the last 4 episodes of Devious Maids leading into the Finale.

I know this show doesn't get talked about here, but it's actually quite addictive. It's been said before, but this show is like the earlier seasons of Desperate Housewives.

Re: Last Show You Binged?

We don't have much TV on DVD but I do like taking season sets with me when I go on business trips. Great for sitting in the airport or long flights. Got through most of S4 of Chuck this past week while in Maine. Castle, Warehouse 13, or Friends are my only other choices.
