My wife is working her way through season 1 of Everwood, and I pop in for an episode here or there. It's eye-opening to see how young everyone was back then (or actually, to realize how much people have aged). Also interesting to note how good some of the acting was (particularly Chris Pratt, Emily VanCamp, Gregory Smith, and Stephanie Niznik) and how not so good (Treat Williams and Tom Amandes hamming it up a lot). Still, it's one of my all-time favorites.

Bouncing back and forth between Better Call Saul and Agents of SHIELD on Netflix. Haven't seen any of Saul and haven't seen SHIELD since the original broadcasts, so I forgot a lot of things.

After watching Dexter: Season Seven, which was a good step-up, in my estimation. Started Season Eight, aka the last season. Super disappointed so far. While I've never hated Charlotte Rampling (or whatever her name is), she's not only horribly written, but she just seems to completely SUCK as an actress. Like every scene she is in, I just roll my eyes. Hoping maybe the season picks up towards the end, but my god just she suck as an actress...I think the only thing I actually liked her in was von Triers's Melancholia...aside from that she just sucks, sucks, sucks...Can't believe people would hire her...

And I gotta admit, I always felt like Jennifer Carpenter was the weak link. I know she was married to the star for a bit, but I never bought into her character. She always seemed way to naive and annoying. I could never stand her. And she takes a weird twist this season that just makes me hate her more (moreso because I don't buy her acting)...I'm surprised anyone would hire her but oh well...

Liar on Sundance Now.

British show about a respected surgeon who is accused of rape by a school teacher after going on their 1st date. I watched 3 last night and will hopefully finish it tonight.

Season 2 starts tomorrow.

Love those. One of the best ever HBO series...Sad that they didn't let him do the third season, but at least he managed and had a pretty good ending...
