What shows do you need the summer to catch up on (DVR/streaming backlog)?
 

We are approaching the end of the 2013-14 TV season.

I'm assuming alot of you here aren't caught up with everything you watch regularly. I''m assuming some of you have major DVR or streaming backlog from the Fall and even some series from the Spring that you simply had no time to watch.

What is on your list to catch up on this summer?

And this is in addition to trying to keep up with the summer TV season, but that's an entirely different animal.

Shameless season 4, but I still have to finish season 3 first.

some shows I'll watch on DVR within a day or 2, but some get backlogged a little.

Have to catch up with..

Justified Season 5 (got into the show late so have been playing catch up)

And since we have HBO now and have HBO GO, I get to check the shows I've heard about but yet to see such as 'Deadwood', 'The Wire' etc

I've got like two episodes left of House of Cards Season 2 and then I'm going to watch True Detective. I also have yet to watch any Breaking Bad or Mad Men so I need to watch those also.

Arrow (halfway through season 1)
Game of Thrones (sorta, watched through S2 and am reading book 2 before moving on to S3 and so on)
Blacklist (about 5 episodes behind)

And I had a few shows I've been recording but will probably dump since they were canceled (IIRC, Resurrection, Crisis, Almost Human, Believe)

I just have the final 5 of Teen Wolf and Switched at Birth. The wife has 8 (!) episodes of SHIELD on the DVR but I might just delete them and see if she notices.

We need a Summer schedule posted here soon.

Surprised you like that show. I watch it as well.

I think I missed the first ep. of Turn on on-demand, so I may just skip it until later. I will catch up on House of Cards (via Netflix) and Game of Thrones, VEEP and True Detective via HBO on-demand. Hopefully they will put Orphan Black S2 full on on-demand since I've haven't started watching it yet.

I don't know why, but I've been missing a lot of shows on-demand and then just giving up on them. Hannibal, Bates Motel, Turn, Teen Wolf, American Horror Story, The Following, Grimm, Dracula, Almost Human probably some more. I guess I will catch up on them via Netflix or BD/DVD.

Oh, and I need to catch up on Helix. Watched the first couple of episodes and thought it was pretty good. Looks like that's getting a season 2.

Yeah, it's a decent show. It and PPL are all I currently watch on ABC Family. Can't stand The Fosters or their sitcoms.

Yes, Helix was renewed. You have plenty of time to catch up on that. It returns in early 2015.

I have some stuff that I have multiple seasons backlogged and plan to get to eventually but probably not this summer. Here's recent stuff that I plan on watching this summer.

Doctor Who, last season and Xmas special
Grimm, last 1.5 seasons
Marvel's Agents of SHIELD, haven't watched a single ep yet
Person of Interest, the last 3/4 of the season
The Blacklist, all but the first 4-5 eps
Warehouse 13, Season just started last month but I haven't watched any yet

I might watch all of Game of Thrones. I initially planned to read the books first, and I still might, but I just haven't had the time or inclination yet. I feel like I'm missing out on good discussions by not watching it as it airs.


Likely to be scrapped:
Last 2 season of The Mentalist
Last 2 seasons of Castle

Maybe Sleepy Hollow, all but the first few eps
