No, Weiner was just on NPR's Fresh Air last week and he said they still had the last few episodes left to shoot and he was still writing that last couple episodes, so not quite, as he's not even done writing everything.
I did not care for the whole bit with Roger's daughter at all, but I supposed that was their way of getting him out of the office so Don would have no one to go to for getting a new client.
Speaking of which, I didn't quite understand what Don was trying to say to that computer guy when he was drunk.

Don was making a lot of Biblical references, essentially calling the IBM guy the devil.

I got the feeling she was nervous and a little frightened throughout the meeting, but when Don and the other guy were dismissed - Peggy gave a nice little smirk indicating she enjoyed the position she had over Don.

Don is an old-fashioned guy (witness the fact that he still wears a hat in 1969!). The computer, to his mind, represents a lot that is wrong with the way his world has changed over the course of the series, crowding out his thoughtful, artistic creativity with mass-produced tags and scientific analysis of the optimum advertising approach.

I didn't notice that. I'll watch for it again, as Mad Man is a show I'll actually watch a second time before the next week's episode (also do for Community and if was a nudity heavy episode, Game of Thrones)

It's amazing that this show can make it tense whether or not Don was going to get caught drunk, where you can have a shootout in another show not as tense. I guess you know no one is getting shot on most action shows, but Don might get his shares absorbed.

He is hardly the most loathsome character in television history and he did help Peggy out when she needed someone.

Don can be a pretty shitty dude most of the time. People confuse him with how likable Jon Ham is and cut him more slack than they do with other characters.

With characters like Joffrey (among others) in Game of Thrones, Don is nowhere near the most loathsome character in the history of television. He's not a malicious guy. He's just selfish, which is a trait he shares with pretty much the rest of the humanity. It's a matter of degree.
I think we can make a case that Don isn't even the most loathsome character on the show. Let's compare Don to Roger. Go.
