Favorite TV Show Narrator/Storyteller?
So, not basing this on content of show but narrator. I'm sure I'm missing some, but I can't think of it off the top of my head.

Favorite TV Show Narrator/Storyteller?
In terms of host and how they deliver the story, not quality of the show. And I'm sure I'm missing a few, but I think I got the big ones down.

Carl Sagan: Cosmos
Best of the Rest:
Laurence Olivier: The World at War
Rod Serling: Twilight Zone
Mike Rowe: Deadliest Catch
Honorable Mention:
Daniel Stern: The Wonder Years
Morgan Freeman: Through the Wormhole
David Attenborough: too many to list
Ron Howard: Arrested Development
I stuck to television shows/documentaries

I have to assume the OP is too young for this not to even make the poll. The poll options are solid, well mostly (the crypt keeper? really?) but Wonder Years by a landslide.
Ron Howard on Arrested Development should have been up there along with David Attenborough.

Bob Stack. Without a doubt the best voice are narrator.
Also enjoy Anthony Bourdain from Parts Unknown on CNN and previously No Reservations. Best travel host and narrator on TV.

Re: Favorite TV Show Narrator/Storyteller?
Okay I suck at posting polls and asking questions. What I meant was more for anthology shows. Like Rod Serling or Alfred Hitchcock.
I just thought it was interesting how certain type of anthologies handle the storyteller. I liked how are you afraid of the dark used the campfire, and in Jim Henson's the storyteller, sometimes the storyteller and his dog would interact with the fables.

John Bunnell from Wildest Police Chases and Most Shocking. Spent almost 30 years as a cop until getting into voice overs thanks to his appearance on Cops.

He mainly does documentaries but Liev Schreiber does very good work. He's provided narration for Nova, Hard Knocks, National Geographic, History Channel etc.
