So... should Captain America 2 spoilers be in spoiler tags here?

I'd say not.

The episode itself will spoil it.

I wonder how the series will handle explaining the events of the movie to those that have not seen it. Will it be narrative within the show, or part of a cold opening? Better yet, maybe Coulson and crew listen in on Steve Rogers' announcement (perhaps it was broadcast to all agents). I'd love to see their reaction to that.

Re: Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. -- "Turn, Turn, Turn" -- 4/08/14

I don't know you can't make everyone happy. There are people who saw the movie who either quit watching or have no interest in the series. Then there are those who watch the series, but either couldn't make it to the theaters this past weekend or don't go to the theaters at all.

At least we see that ABC synced up the episode airing schedule to the movie and that's why there were all the delays and breaks.

I'm sure this will get a 2nd season and I'm assuming the episode airings will be synced with Avengers 2.

This episode in itself, is a spoiler to a major plot point of the movie...

I edited the original post to make the disclaimer at the beginning of the post and more pronounced.

Wait. When does this air on TV? Because it's already on Hulu. Between Hulu and DVR, I don't have any idea what nights shows actually air anymore.

Epic. Loved all the twists. Probably the best episode yet. Maybe it's because FINALLY some shit goes down. TV shows are always stuck having episode after episode where not a whole lot progresses. This episode answered which side everyone is on and the Clairvoyant mystery. Bill Paxton is always a delight.

I wasn't feeling the slow-mo sequence. Wasn't handled right. Like some of the Walking Dead musical sequences, it was a dud.

Tuesdays at 8pm (tonight)

I noticed Hulu posted it early morning, but they pulled it shortly afterwards. Guess it was a mistake.

Since you've already seen the episode, is it true that:

Spoiler:
Garrett (Paxton) and Ward are the moles on the team?

It's set in the same universe.

You can watch but the movie will get spoiled.

And, actually, the movie spoiled one aspect of the show.

I think he's a double agent, infiltrating Hydra.

I was wondering the same thing, but that's a helluva way to infiltrate, unless they thought Hand was also Hydra. But that doesn't make sense.

Great episode. Really played up the "who do you trust" angle all throughout, though Ward really telegraphed himself by wanting to put away the Clairvoyant. Not sure how killing Hand makes him a double agent. Guess we'll have to wait and see. I loved the cut to the Hydra logo at the very end.

My daughter is so pissed about Ward. She screamed "No!" At the end of the ep.
