solid episode. It was actually one of the better episodes that was light on Red. Now we really see Tom in full swing as an enemy spy.
at Red delivering Tanida's head to Ressler.
Ressler's girlfriend was an idiot for not moving to the side and standing in the middle of the street. I know she was delirious after hitting her head, but still.

One thing I was curious about was when Ressler went back to the crash to get Tanida. He had disappeared but Ressler didn't look for footprints in the snow. Must have been close to a foot of the stuff.

After rewatching 24 season 8 (pissed off bauer), Ressler's revenge seemed tame haha. For the first time this season, I thought Tom's storyline was the best part of the episode. Spy plots are great!

I was disappointed with how they handled the girlfriend's death. They should have given her a little more screen time before this episode to build up her character. If it wasn't for the preshow recap, I wouldn't have even remembered who she was. If they'd given just a minute or two in each previous episode, showing her help Ressler rehab, I would have cared about her. But without knowing her character, I felt no emotional attachment when she died, and I didn't have any desire for revenge.

Enjoyed the advancement of the overall arc on the show. Despite having Job as the blacklister of the week I thought he was just an average villain, but his actions did cause Ressler a great loss that resonated with Reddington and what he went through 27 years ago.
Never watched the new TMNT, but I assumed Hoon Lee was using the Splinter voice during this episode since that's not his real voice?

Good episode.
Husband is quickly falling out of my favor, despite his previous questionable activities. But he done crossed a line killing Agent Broyles.
The show really needs to work on developing characters and plotting. They have good ideas, but they fall flat because they didn't fully develop them and allow them to mature.
