Also worth mentioning. For those in the LA area, Jaime Alexander (Lady Sif) will be signing autographs at the LA Comic Sci Fi Convention on the 16th.

/\ She seems like a classy dame.

She recently did a pretty good interview with Chris Hardwick for The Nerdist podcast.

Now that was great fucking episode, with a good twist at the end.

Now waiting to see everyone hate it.

Kick ass episode.

Now THIS is the show that everyone wanted to see (and it's been this show for a few episodes now). They built up the foundation, built the characters, and now they're letting the characters and plots grow.

Well done. Now there is zero reason for fans who wanted to give the show a shot in the first place to stay away. This is now a great show.

And, frankly, for Ming Na Wen alone it was worth watching the show. She is amazing. I'd trade half my guitar collection for a chance with that woman. (No woman is worth the entire collection... )

Elena Satine reminds me of a young Kari Wuhrer. Jaimie was a little too over the top for me.

I just feel bad for Skye as it seems Coulson is the one to always give her shitty news. And it will be interesting to see where Ward and Skye go from here. And is May working with Fury or the clairvoyant?

Easily my most favorite episode since "Eye Spy".

Was there a preview for the next episode? All I remembered was the overload of Winter Soldier,GOTG and Ultron!

I thought this was a great episode. This show has definitely hit its stride. I like how every so often they tie the show back into the MCU and it was cool to see Lady Sif on her own.

Was Lady Sif's mention of the Kree when discussing aliens the first time we've heard them discussed in the MCU?

Got a kick out of Coulson pretending to be brainwashed. Interesting development with Ming at the end.

Thank you--that's who she reminds me of! She is so very hot.

Great episode. Good use of Sif and Lorelei made a decent villain, with the door left open for future appearances. Nice way to address the relationship between Ward and May, and Ward's feelings for Skye (I assume).

So, no new episode next week--a Marvel Studios promo hour instead?

Best episode of the season, but that sure ain't sayin' much. Jaimie Alexander knocked it out of the park.

I needs me a Lady Sif spin-off movie.

Another fun episode. Enjoyed seeing Sif again, it was fun seeing her kick-ass again.

I just can't believe they're taking another break though. The scheduling for this show sucks.

Really enjoyed it. I've never really had an issue with the show anyway.

These days it just works better to have shows in blocks. This choppy schedule does not work so well anymore.

Sif was awesome. Comic book sites and fans frequently ask "Who is Marvel's Wonder Woman?". Well, there she is. If only Marvel would do more with her, both in live-action and in the comics themselves.

I loved how Sif said that Odin ordered Lorelei returned alive. hmmm... Does Loki have plans for her?

They should've waited longer to start the show so that the flow could be better or split it into two block or something, this scheduling is just crippling. Anyway, a reference to the Kree, cool! I can take pictures with my cell phone, it didn't occur to Coulson to snap a photo or something? I kind of like how the MCU ties the stuff together-Asgardian stuff became HYDRA tech became SHIELD tech, kind of neat, shame about the Sony mess, otherwise they could utilize the full Marvel Universe. Jamie Alexander is attractive and fun, she handles the Asgard-speak really well and since she's likely the closest we'll ever get to having a major guest star, she was a fun one, and her interactions with the SHIELD gang were fun. This show really took its time, but it's finally stating to his big gear now that it's further along. Typical Whedon, I suppose. I'd give my wisdom teeth for his job, but does the man ever sleep? Wonder if he'll find time in his schedule to work on another episode. Maybe he'll write the finale, I can't see him having time to direct again. Well, Ward had rough sex with a goddess, he doesn't need anything else to live for now .

Awesome episode. Two things:
-Couldn't get it out of my head what a missed opportunity for Alexander not to be Wonder Woman.
-Can't believe ABC went there with Ward and Lorelei.

Re: Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D -- "Yes Men" -- 3/11/14

Okay - I'm a couple of episodes behind on this show.

Is it really true that these episodes are going to lead directly to Captain America Winter Soldier?

Winter Soldier releases in the North American market on April 4th, and the next episode of SHIELD airs on April 1st (according to the ep wiki), but Winter Soldier releases in the UK March 26th. How are they going to cross promote this there? I only care because I'm going to be in the UK during that time frame and plan on taking advantage of the early release there.

Plus from the looks of it I need to finally get around to watching Thor 2 before even seeing this last episode.

I'd figure a goddess of seduction must have some sort of sexual powers .

So May is the mouthpiece for someone else? They went to a place not sanctioned by SHIELD and murdered a pair of agents, and now she's reporting back? Do they have a black-ops division or something?

Why didn't Lorelai affect Coulson? Is the character from Gilmore Girls named after her?
