Danny's mom explaining to Captain Grover that the day's events weren't exciting enough. And then Captain Grover stating that yes, it was boring.

Yes, all these scenes with Melanie Griffith are boring!

It was nice to see Elaine Tan again. She did a pretty good job on Person of Interest earlier in the year.

I do like the "Hurley"-related plot lines.

Way better than last week.

Plot was a lot more interesting. And yes, it was nice to see Elaine Tan as the Chinese agent.

Loved that crazy shootout with the Chinese.

I kind of like these episodes with Jorge Garcia. The humor he brings works for the most part.

Now that Kono is back in the mix, it does seem like they are giving Catherine less to do.

I would have been ok had it come from the bow of the boat since all their attention was on landing their fish and then to the falling satellite.

I didn't care for McGarrett's whole, "I didn't come back here to investigate my father's murder, I came back for the dead guy I left behind even if I already got his body back from the North Koreans but feel bad about it still" story. It's not like you're seen taking care of his daughter, Steve.

Jorge Garcia was promoted to series regular. The cast is getting kind of crowded.

Also CBS renewed it today for another season.

Yup, it's still a fun show despite how ludicrous it gets.

Is Mark Dacascos a guest on Chicago Fire or is he going to flip between both shows (if they ever go back to his Wo Fat story).

Glad it got renewed. For the most part it's just silly fun. Dump Melanie Griffith though. Dump all the 'moms.' Their plots are beyond stupid and just hard to watch.

Chicago PD, please promote Mark Dacoscos to series regular.
