FLASHBACKS TO NADIA'S SEARCH FOR KATHERINE - While Nadia (guest star Olga Fonda) remembers her centuries-long search for her mother, Stefan (Paul Wesley), Caroline (Candice Accola) and Matt (Zach Roerig) come up with a desperate new plan to save Elena's (Nina Dobrev) life. For the second time, Bonnie (Kat Graham) and Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) must turn to Liv (guest star Penelope Mitchell) for help. Damon baits Tyler (Michael Trevino) into a nasty confrontation, then takes off to seek revenge on Dr. Wes (guest star Rick Cosnett). Caroline and Tyler come to a new understanding. Finally caught up with this show after being behind all season.

Baron Of Hell

I thought it was kind of slow up until the last scene. I'm guessing Katherine was dragged to hell and Elena is now a vampire eating vampire.

I liked the scene with Caroline telling Tyler off though I don't think Tyler should forgive her. He should just stay out of her life.

I really thought Katherine was going to kiss Jeremy for some reason.

Damon playing doctor was pretty gruesome. I guess we will see the other travelers soon. Question is did the travelers get whatever they needed from the doctor.

I hope they have a good plan for the rest of the season. Early season started well, but this middle section has been a drag.

I was surprised they were going to let Katherine die after letting that boat sail earlier in the year. I was thinking the cure would work, but shed posses her daughter. Guess ending means she can always come back.

I feel like the twist with Elana is same as being possessed. It changes the plot, but you know she'll never really be in danger.

This show desperately needs to figure out what to do with Matt and Jeremy. They have small bits, but are mostly window dressing (for years).

Baron Of Hell

Not to many shows are good at juggling a big cast. This one is particularly bad at it. I think they are afraid to have a episode without Elena, Damon, or Stefan.

PhantomStranger

They've now introduced Hell into the show, which is probably a necessity after the hippy dippy stuff they've done over the years with the "other side." They've gotten pretty predictable in these type of episodes, deaths make a lot more impact if they come out of nowhere to the viewer.

It looks like Bonnie has some competition for Jeremy with that new witch.

I don't think she went to hell. I think she got dragged off by whatever the travelers are doing.
