This LOOKS good, I hope they don't make too many changes since the story is already great. Could this be the first great video game to TV/Film translation? Sony managed to completely botch Uncharted, but this looks like it was done with care to preserve the source material.

I'll actually go the other direction ... while that trailer looked great, do I need a shot for shot live action recreation? I'd rather have something different. I'll still be there Day 1 though.

So it looks like they're doing this as an ongoing series as opposed to limited? I wonder if that's just so they can do a second season to cover the second game. Ramsey is young enough that I doubt they could stretch the events of the first game over multiple seasons due to her aging. I guess they could maybe do a season or two after the events of the games, assuming this does well. Regardless it looks damn good.

Ha. I had the same initial reactions, except am seeing it verified here instead of on Twitter. Glad to see her in it.

That's a good point, there is a fine line to be walked here. But, since the source material story is so good, I hope they don't deviate so much as expand upon what's there.

I’m excited for this! I didn’t make it very far into the first video game before I eventually stopped playing but I love this type of show/movie.

I can understand some people feeling Pedro Pascal overload but I like him so I haven’t reached my limit yet. :lol:

I've never played the game, though it looks like they are going to release a Windows version soon so I might check it out then. But I like this genre and I'm in for Anna Torv.
