While visiting her ailing grandmother (June Squibb) in the hospital, Hannah (Lena Dunham) is surprised by a strange request from her mother (Becky Ann Baker). Later, Hannah shares an uncomfortable drink with Rebecca (Sarah Steele), her overachieving med student cousin.

Alison Williams is off the market and now engaged.

I liked this episode and probably one of the best of the season so far.
