Trying to find who played this character in 24 (spoilers)
Someone suspects her son of being a terrorist but it turns out her and her husband are the terrorists. Middle Eastern (at least in the show) with a heavy accent. I remember the son was Ahmed and his friend ends up being involved somehow.

Thanks! 
Always thought she was a fantastic actress just from my exposure to her on that show and even though she didn't have as much screentime as some of the main baddies she really left an impression.

They killed her character off screen just in case they wanted to bring her back. Her son, poor Behrooz, was traded for Jack and never seen on the show again.
