No argument there. The thought has crossed my mind that I should go see the GLobetrotters next time they come to town, especially since I haven't seen them since the Meadowlark Lemon era. The race did give them a lot of free publicity.

Dodged another bullet there, but they have no chance of winning anyway. It was pretty obvious when the Brenchels kept catching up to them. That said, the milk challenge was really stacked against them.

I finally got caught up on The Amazing Race this week. I was five episodes behind. This has been a really good season with a lot of different first place finishers. I'm just glad that I'm still in the game.

I figured as soon as I got caught up that they would be eliminated. The Amazing Race Game still mystifies me. I've had two teams a season for a long time and still no luck. I believe that 5th is the best that I have placed so far. At least that's something....

Wow--did not see that one coming. That was actually a good use of the U-turn, but even so, they'd have still been in last place, I think. Going to make the finals much more interesting...

This should be a great finale next Sunday. I went for the Quack play on purpose in the 2nd draft and Brenchel has made it to the finale!

I'm just glad the country gals made it to the last leg. After being booted in 4th & 5th place, I get to now watch one of my teams make it to the end. Maybe being back in the states, they won't get lost....okay, I'm dreaming on that one. :)

Dang! Can't believe the Afghanimals got beat by the country singers! Honestly, I figured if I won with a team this year, it would be them. Now I'm all-in with David and Conner...but it's anyone's game at this point the way it's been going this season. Good luck all!

Congrats Jules Winfield--we won! I knew we had a strong team, but I really thought with the edit they were giving Brenchel, that they were going to win. Though I'm even more amazed the country singers came in second. :lol:

Also... was that not only the easiest finale we've ever seen, but likely the easiest leg? Basically, it's all fastest taxi since the bulb deal was easy, and the magic trick was just basically a forced "time out" that they had to reset for each elaborate reveal.

I'd honestly be a bit embarrassed by the "win" it was so goofy. The finale might as well been "drive to the end and wait in line" and it would been just as hard.
