I'm not sure how the order knew of the painting. Also the painting looks like Mina but it also hundreds of years old to jump to the conclusion Dracula loves Mina the most is a jump.

I've been recording these, but haven't begun them yet. What's the verdict, is it any good?

I like forward to watching it each week. I like that most of the characters aren't completely good or bad.

I think it is pretty good and has a terrific tone, look and feel. I look forward to watching it. I think it has a large capacity to get much better as the story develops.

I love this show and really wish the ratings were better. My favorite character is Renfield. He's got this Alfred Pennyworth vibe to him that's just awesome.

I adore Katie McGrath. Although I tend to refer to her as "Not Keira Knightley".

As others have stated its a really good show, and everyone kind of borders between good and bad. I love the tone, the set and the era and feel of the show.

I hope they wrap up the show enough that after 10 episodes it feels like a series finale, leaving it open for return, but right now it doesn't look good.

I agree 100%. I love this show but I'm not sure if it will survive. The guy the plays Renfield, Nonso Anozie, is really cool and brings a great vibe to the character.

What about "Not Jake Gyllenhall"(John Harker)?

Agreed.

If the show is not to last, I hope another series snatches up Nonso Anozie and gives him a prominent role in its cast.

Funny enough, my mom mentioned their similarity when she finally started watching the series (marathon run on Hulu) the other day.

Every role is perfectly cast except the main guy, Dracula. It's a good show that will probably get lost on NBC.

If it could just hold some of the lead in audience of Grimm, it would be set.

they kept Hannibal with similar ratings so I suspect they may do the same thing with Dracula and let it find it's audience
