Synopsis:


"Canceled" - (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET) (TV-14, LV) (HDTV)

THE FINAL FIGHT - Frustrated that MDK is still active, Nikita (Maggie Q) decides to end it her way. Leaving Michael (Shane West) and the team behind, Nikita takes Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) on the road to exact revenge. Nikita and Alex capture Jones (guest star David S. Lee) and force him to reveal the names of the rest of the members of MDK. Armed with the information, Nikita goes down a dark path that may ultimately cost her her soul. Michael tracks her down and must get her to surrender before the military opens fire and kills her. However, Nikita isn't one to give up on a fight, leading her to make a shocking decision. Eagle Egilsson directed the episode written by Albert Kim & Carlos Coto (#406).

:(:( That's it. Last episode tonight. Last week was a really great episode, surprised that nobody commented besides me.

Oh well, it had a pretty good run even though nobody fucking watched it. One of the truly underrated action shows. If this show were on CBS or FOX instead, it probably would have had a longer run IMO.

I already pre-ordered the shortened season 6 BD. Maggie Q and Lyndsay Fonseca will have a place in my home for eternity.

After how terribly Fox butchered Human Target I don't think I'd really want to see that.

Really sad this couldn't get at least 13 episodes but here is hoping for a great finale.

I've been kind of disappointed with the final mini-season. All the doppelgangers and mind control stuff has been a bit too much. And ugh at the Alex/Sam stuff.

That said, I loved the end of the last episode when Alex tossed Nikita the shotgun. Hoping for a balls-out ending.

Great way to wrap it all up, though! Loved that Amanda got what was coming to her, and all the surviving team lived happily ever after, so to speak.

For a while I wanted NIKITA to Bitch-Slap ALEX, glad it was all part of the Plan.

kind of a lackluster finale, IMO. I never connected, nor gave a shit about the Ryan character, so his death had no weight to it whatsoever for me... would have liked a more bittersweet ending for Nikita, but I am glad that Owen survived. I wouldn't mind an Owen/Alex spinoff.

finally got to see the last two episodes.

i can only weep how good this would have been if they could have expanded these 6 episodes over 21.

everyone got a little naked for some fan service, i was duped by the con and didn't see it coming, and the show was able to maintain the action / feeling until the end.

i can remember watching the first episode and wonder where the time went.

God rest the soul of this poor show... and pussy's half price for the next 15 minutes.

Finished the series finale today.

For the most part, It was a good send off for the show. It was nice to see all the key players have a happy ending. I did think the story in this episode lacked a little punch though. Felt like they rushed everything together.

What we did learn was Amanda being truly crazy. Getting her locked up in that cell was cool.

I never could get into this show, but props on the last two episode titles being Bubble and Canceled. Got a laugh out of that.

So, the BD of the complete series is only $34 on Amazon right now.

I've never seen an episode, but I'm tempted to blind buy it at that cheap a price....but I'm posting here if any fans of the show can give me their general thoughts on it. I think Maggie Q is hot as hell, but I don't want to buy it if the show's only good because of the eye candy.

Is it a genuinely good show, or just more popcorn entertainment? How's the writing, the action?

As huge fan of the La Femme Nikita USA series, I went in with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. It's better than you would expect for it being on the CW. I've rewatched it since the finale aired, which I rarely do for shows <5 years old.

Seasons 3-4 (S4 is only 6 episodes FYI) were a little weaker for me than the first two (for reasons I won't say to avoid spoilers) but I'd say as a whole it's very enjoyable and easily worth $34.

I really enjoyed it fwiw.
And as hot as Maggie Q is, Lyndsy Fonseca is even hotter IMO.
