Damn, that one was good. Really good. Seasons 1-3 good.

The beauty of Castle is that it works so well as a darker, more serious drama just as much as it does a lighthearted dramedy. This just happened to fall on the darker, more serious side.

I'm looking forward to the next installment of this recurring storyline.

(Not surprising that it was directed by Rob Bowman...)

Freaky!! About half way through I called the connection to the 3XK.

If anybody has watched Series 1 of Luther (I actually need to finish that and watch the following series) the scene in the interrogation room with the doctor totally reminded me of Irene Adler.

Hope to have a return of the Dr and/or 3XK.

I was thinking the same thing! I was talking to the TV saying "The doc's a sociopath, be careful." It took me a minute to remember 3XK but when I did everything made perfect sense. That final scene was really creepy.

I forget, was that song a 3XK carryover? Regardless it worked quite well.
