I thought it was OK, in fact better than a few others this year though that's not saying a lot I suppose.

The bits with the ALS guy were funnier than I thought they would be when he showed up in the episode.

Easily the best episode of this season. Ruxin was funny again as a character for possibly the first time all season. The cameo from the super-hot girlfriend didn't hurt either.

Has this season been less funny than the previous seasons? Yes.
Do I still enjoy the show? Yes.
Does it make sense for people who think this season is the most painfully unfunny season of any TV show in history to keep watching every week and keep bitching about how every episode failed to meet their standards? No.
