Supernatural -- "Dog Dean Afternoon" -- 11/05/13
Synopsis:
"Dog Dean Afternoon" - (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET) (TV-14, LV) (HDTV)
DOGGIE DEANLITTLE - While investigating two bizarre murders, Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) realize there is an eyewitness to both gruesome deaths - a German Sheppard. Anxious to find out if they are dealing with a witch, a skinwalker or other supernatural monster, the guys look up a spell that could let Dean "communicate" with the dog. Unfortunately, the spell comes with side effects that no one saw coming. Tim Andrew directed the episode written by Eric Charmelo & Nicole Snyder (906).

I really enjoyed this episode. It felt like something that you would have seen during the Kripke days. Just a fun episode and Jensen always plays goof balls really well.

Didn't like the talking animals so didn't care for this episode since it was pretty much all talking animals.

Awesome episode. I agree it was like something out of the Kripke days. It's nice when they throw in a "just for fun" episode now and then.
I really liked Dean pulling his gun on that bird. Jensen seemed like he was really having a good time.
