Re: The Good Wife -- "Outside The Bubble" -- 10/20/13
BEST episode of the season so far.
I liked the expression on David's face when he immediately warmed up to Tascioni and her strategy for the case of the week. Elsbeth was a hoot, especially at the depo. Was that the first time they outright referenced the 'other Mcveigh' since the intro of Diane's boyfriend? :) The hour was a great showcase for Christine Baranski. That cold stare Diane shot at Alicia towards the end could freeze the hottest desert! |

Great episode, and I agree about Baranski, but I'm just not a fan of the Gary Cole plotlines.
Clearly they're going all out for next week's ratings, but they give away way too much in the previews. :( |

I can't wait for the next episode...

Re: The Good Wife -- "Outside The Bubble" -- 10/20/13
did they really need to bring back the heavy handed in your face liberal politics with diane?
they managed to do an election without getting overly political |

I didn't watch the preview but I'm guessing next week is when everything hits the fan. Elsbeth is just a hoot of a character!

I'd love to watch a prequel with Elsbeth Tascioni and Saul Goodman.

I still hate that this show gets such bad treatment by CBS because its always delayed due to any sporting event they show that seems to run over and push back the rest of the nights programing. This show deserves to be put in the forefront and treated better. Its one of the best shows on the network. Anyways.. I'm a little behind as I watch when I have time to myself. I had this episode and the one from 10/27 to watch still. I am really looking forward to the "Hitting the Fan" episode and the fallout afterwards going forward in the rest of the season. |
