I think that costume will look fine on-screen, and will make sense plot-wise, but jesus - it looks pretty damn bad on a magazine cover. And i totally thought it was tobey maguire under that mask!

Why isn't Kingpin 500 pounds of blubber? He should be so fat that fans watching an early ep wonder if he will still be in the final ep because how can the actor have lived so long to film it. Kingpin's final move should be just sitting on Daredevil. Epic crush.

Why would daredevil want people to know that he's blind?

If I saw a superhero type with a mask that didn't have eye holes, my first thought probably wouldn't be that they're actually blind. I would assume the fabric works allows them to see somehow, kind of like Rorshach in Watchmen.

Ok this is getting bit over the top isn't it? We are talking about a world where superheros exist. Big green guys, people swinging on webs, some guy who has not aged a day since being thawed out from the World War (oh by the way, he has super human strength).

I think seeing a guy with a sock over his head should be at the bottom of the list of wtfs that most criminals would have when running into one of these heros.

I believe his eyes are scarred or damaged that it would be recognizable, so this prevents anyone from noticing.

I mean, in the Marvel Universe Daredevil's 'secret' identity is a big joke because it's been revealed over and over and over again. But I thought originally it was his blindness that prevented people from ever suspecting him as Daredevil. Not a huge deal, I guess. Certainly the little devil horns are looked at the same way as Cap's little ear wings as being a bit silly in real life.
