Dammit. Why doesn't baseball go to ESPN and leave TV shows alone?

Baseball hasn't been worth watching since 1993.

According to Wikipedia, the hiatus is just two weeks - no new episodes on October 21 and 28 - with new episodes resuming on November 4.

So you have a show called Sleepy Hollow, and you don't air it the week of Halloween?

Sure, makes sense.

I don't know how you baseball fans do it. It's fun to go to as recreation (Coors stadium here). But 162 games is grueling. And this is coming from an a
NBA fan that thinks 82 games is too much.

Kudos. Don't know how you do it. But to add something worthy to the thread. The hiatus came way too early. It's not a perfect show but enjoyable.

Does Ichabod keep wearing the same outfit, bring all his clothes with him or have a tailor specializing in 18th century attire?

Last night's episode was really good. I'm enjoying this series a lot so far. The guy playing Ichabod is excellent.

still liking this show. The shadow warriors a modern day cult that have existed for hundreds of years as a secret society is pretty cool.

Len Wiseman, who directed the Pilot, signed a new deal with Fox. He will continue to work on this show and develop other projects. Not sure if he will direct anymore episodes in the future.

Good episode. I wonder when Jenny will show up again.

Where is Ichabod living? Did I miss that?

They had him stashed at a hotel in the first episode but I don't think they've said anything since but the last two episodes took place over a few hours so no time for sleep.

Re: Sleepy Hollow -- "The Lesser Key of Solomon" -- 10/07/13

I'm liking this show more than Grimm for instance due to a few things, the alternative history angle, the pseudo religious with the cults, the horseman, etc. and the two main characters. I'm just glad this episode wasn't another "monster of the week" and it seems the story is starting to take shape. My co-worker and I have been commenting as to why Ichabod still wearing the same clothes. Is there no goodwill, or walmart in this town. Get the man a pair of jeans and boots and a polo shirt. We get it, he is from the past but give the man some clothes.

Best episode so far and wasn't just a monster of the week! I think they should keep him wearing the same clothes for the entire series just to be completely ridiculous.

If they put him in a shirt and jeans, he'll look ridiculous when you consider who he is. He needs to be rooted with his past and what better way than his clothes. It's going to be one of those things they will stick with and no one will ever ask him about his clothes.

This show is quickly becoming one of my favorite new shows. I like the mix of history with fantasy, and being relatively local to Sleepy Hollow it adds a bit. I can't be the only one that thinks that the two Witnesses Ichabod keeps talking about are actually the Mills sisters, can I?

They think the witnesses are Ichabod and Abby. They will be linked through trials and tribulations for the next seven years (or as long as Fox keeps the show on the air.)
