Season 3 of the sketch comedy show starring Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele, both former cast members of MADtv.
This has got to be one of my favorite sketch comedy shows since Chappelle's.
Anyone out there watching this on a regular basis?

Love it, as well. The observations in their comedy is smart--even if every single sketch isn't a gut buster in terms of laughs.
The premiere was sort of like that to me. But the show is great. And I always love the Obama/Luther sketches.

Comedy Central’s Key & Peele has been renewed for a fourth season, which will include 20 original and two “best of” episodes. Additionally, the cable network has given series creators/stars Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele a development deal for an animated series based on their Critiquer’s Corner “Vandaveon & Mike” characters from the duo’s YouTube videos, in which they critique Key & Peele episodes as their alter-egos Vandaveon Huggins and Mike Taylor (watch a video below). In the animated project, Vandaveon & Mike are 12 year-old hall monitors navigating their way through middle school. “Keegan and Jordan keep generating such a limitless supply of funny, inventive sketches, I’m starting to think they are not only 1/2 black and 1/2 white, but also 3/4 alien,” said Comedy Central’s president of original programming Kent Alterman. Key & Peele is executive produced by Key, Peele, Jay Martel, Ian Roberts and Joel Zadak. The show’s third season, which concluded in December, averaged 2 million total viewers. Additionally, Key & Peele videos, including East/West College Bowl, Pizza Order and Obama Loses His S**t, have generated over 500 million total streams, claiming nine of the top ten clips on the Comedy Central YouTube channel, including No.1, Substitute Teacher, with over 44 million streams to date.

These guys are funny, but I don't like the format of the show. They don't need the lame intros where they explain the joke before we see the skit. And often, the jokes goes on way longer than it needs to (a common problem on sketch shows I guess).

Anyone catch the season premiere?
They dumped the studio audience and switched it for an episode-long skit that serves as the bumpers. Thought if flowed a lot better -- the audience didn't really fit in to the scope of the show.

Pretty good stuff last night, like the alien invasion, and the Obama sketch. The Gay wedding Q&A was good too.

Comedy duo Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele will not return for another season of “Key and Peele” on Comedy Central after the end of season five, Variety has confirmed.
“This is our final season – and it’s not because of Comedy Central, it’s us,” Key told the Wrap. “It was just time for us to explore other things, together and apart. I compare it to Gene Wilder and Richard Pryor. We might make a movie and then do our own thing for three years and then come back and do another movie.”
Season five of “Key and Peele,” which premiered in early July, will end in September. The sketch comedy show, which bowed in 2012, received seven Emmy nominations this year, including noms for Outstanding Variety Sketch Series and an Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series nod for Key. The pair’s contributions helped Comedy Central rack up 25 Emmy noms for the upcoming ceremony.
“There will be Key and Peele productions coming up,” Key said. “We’re doing the reboot of ‘Police Academy,’ and there’s a TV show in the works that we might do for Comedy Central. There’s lots of stuff we have cooking up.”
One of the team’s best-known sketches, “Substitute Teacher,” is getting the bigscreen treatment from Paramount.
“Key and Peele” airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. on Comedy Central.

Series finale is tonight. 2 episodes back to back.
I can't believe this show didn't get more discussion. This was definitely the best sketch comedy show since Chappelle, IMO. And I usually can't stand sketch comedy.

That was the period when Viacom signed a deal with Amazon to air their stuff, and to pull it from Netflix. That deal has moved on to Hulu.
