Who's the character to the left of Laura Fraser (Lydia)? Is that Jesse Plemons (Todd)? |
Re: Breaking Bad -- "Confessions" -- 8/25/13
Yep that's him.

Who's the guy next to Skylar?

Re: Breaking Bad -- "Confessions" -- 8/25/13
As with every Breaking Bad season, there are meaty episodes, and there are filler episodes.
Let's hope that when Hank interrogates Jesse, that the crap really hits the fan. After tonight, FIVE episodes to go! |
Re: Breaking Bad -- "Confessions" -- 8/25/13
Hopefully, the non-emo Jesse will be back this episode.

This episode title sounds like it could be a spoiler. I have no clue about what happens, but I heard this might be
Spoiler:
|
Re: Breaking Bad -- "Confessions" -- 8/25/13
You know, riffing on the idea that the title could tip us to the content, I wonder if the handling of the money and the lottery ticket is a sign that Walt actually completely intends to surrender himself and keep his family out of it (maybe Jesse too). If you think about it, he might need that money to fight. If he needed to take out 10 DEA Agents in a 10 minute period, that shit is expensive. If on the other hand he was preparing to surrender the rest of his pathetic life and try to keep his family flush with the money that was his priority from the start, burying it and putting the lottery ticket on the refrigerator would be a good idea. Walt knew those numbers. He memorized them and destroyed the GPS. The ticket is for somebody else. The retainer for legal services in the duffle bag points to this, too.
That would suggest that Lydia has other plans and the shit hits the fan somehow. |
Re: Breaking Bad -- "Confessions" -- 8/25/13
Show could go anywhere. Walt surrendering would be great. Plus, we do assume that he enters witness protection at some point.
|
Re: Breaking Bad -- "Confessions" -- 8/25/13
Not necessarily. He could have hired the guy who costs $150k from that business card in Crawl Space.
|
Re: Breaking Bad -- "Confessions" -- 8/25/13
I don't know to me the idea of Walt turning himself over to witness protection seems too easy. Especially with how big of an ego he has, I think he's going to fight any accusations by Hank or anyone else until something major winds up happening. Maybe when whatever goes down happens he'll turn to Saul's guy but I can't see him working willingly with law enforcement entities.

We still don't know where the purchase of the gun from that guy at Denny's is going. It looks to me like he is readying for a showdown and not turning himself in.

The show can do whatever it wants. |
